BEST STORY MODE EVER!! I'm a huge fan of Marvel, and without spoiling anything for the next person, I am left fulfilled. I so wish a sequel existed, I ran it on high preset and achieved 50-70fps consistently, no lag whatsoever.

I was skeptical to buy this game but, I bought this after reading the reddit reviews and boy this game lives up to the reviews. One of the best games I have played as a Marvel Fan. I know Marvel isn't pretty good when it comes to games but, this game is a banger. The graphics, story, locations, characters, villains, everything is great. There were so many great characters like Lady Hellbender, Fing fang foom, Cosmo, Adam Warlock, Mantis, and many more. In my opinion fighting Fing Fang Foom was my favourite fight. I might be biased because I got nostalagia from the time I defeated him in Marvel Ultimate Alliance. This totally gives the James Gunn GOTG vibes and I love it. There were so many planets to explore and as a Marvel fan everytime a planet appeared I got hyped Lamentis, Maklu IV - Kakaranthara, Serknarf Nine, also Knowhere and the Quarantine zone and many other locations. I would say (this is a suggestion not a flaw) Magus as a villain was great but if they focused more on the actual version of Magus and ended Niki's arc earlier and made her a member of GOTG (something like Mantis or Warlock) it would have been awesome. I felt like Niki's arc was too long even though I get her emotional connection with Starlord. However, it doesn't make the game bad, I will stay say its one of my favourite game and I will rate it around 8.5/10.

Absolutely worth it. The gameplay is fun and the story is genuinely heartwarming and well thought out. If you're into souls-likes, not likely gonna be for you, the combat really is not that hard. The team mechanics are pretty satisfying and the score counter is honestly mostly ignorable but does kind of remind me of DMC5, which I appreciate. You also get some movie tie in moments, which is nice, and I personally appreciate the focus on narrative the game takes. 9.2/10 I'll also say, I played on low with DLSS and vsync and the optimization stood out as a really high mark. Few games looks as good as this does while also running as well as it does. Looks way better on the lowest settings than most new games that come out and runs better at the same time. Really appreciate it for that.

J'ai vraiment beaucoup aimé Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. C'est une excellente surprise. -Le point fort du jeu, ce sont clairement les personnages et les dialogues. Les échanges entre les Gardiens sont naturels, drôles et donnent vraiment l'impression de voyager avec une vraie équipe. C'est ce qui rend l'aventure aussi attachante du début à la fin. -Le gameplay des combats est sans doute l'aspect le plus faible. Certains ennemis donnent parfois l'impression d'être de vrais sacs à PV, ce qui peut rendre les affrontements un peu répétitifs. Malgré ça, les combats restent agréables et ne gâchent pas l'expérience. -J'ai aussi apprécié que les choix aient de vraies conséquences sur certaines scènes, certains dialogues ou encore les alliés qui peuvent nous aider. Ce ne sont pas des embranchements gigantesques, mais c'est suffisant pour donner envie de refaire une partie. -Enfin, la bande-son est excellente et accompagne parfaitement l'aventure. Entre les musiques et l'ambiance générale, le jeu réussit vraiment à capturer l'esprit des Gardiens de la Galaxie. Au final, ce n'est peut-être pas un jeu parfait, mais c'est une aventure pleine de cœur, drôle, touchante et très bien écrite. Pour moi, c'est une très belle surprise que je recommande sans hésiter.

9/10. More of a "playable movie" than a pure game. The Good: Story & Writing: Great story—very similar to the movies but significantly better. The dialogue and voice acting are fantastic. Stability (Without RT): Once Ray Tracing was turned off, the game ran perfectly fine and stayed stable. The Mixed: Combat: The combat wasn't very fun for me, but turning all the difficulty sliders down to "Easy" made it much less annoying and let me enjoy the story. The Bad: Bugs & Performance: A big minus for several bugs that forced me to reload my saves. Also, the game crashed every 30 minutes with Ray Tracing enabled. Overall, highly recommended if you love a great narrative, just tweak the settings!
