Living Dead Outbreak

Made it to chapter 4 on my first try constantly chased by zombies always searching for the next gun or melee weapon horde of zombies made it just barely into a church got surrounded died painful death 10/10 - great zombie game.

Fun short horde-shooter title!

Very well made little game with a good gameplay loop and great atmosphere and visuals. Fun good game.

It's just a short and fun shooter game. It has the vibes of older Resident Evil titles but gone down a wilder route.

Short and sweet. While the enemies don't have a lot of health, it makes up for that with having a ton of those enemies coming for you at the same time while only allowing you to be attacked up to 3 times before you die. It makes for a good zombie game that leans into creepy territory. The soundtrack is especially good and unsettling. I hope to see more from the developer!

The game is pretty cool. It's basically a L4D-like set in the 50's, but only single player and the length of one chapter. The goal is to get from point A to point B. The only real downside is the difficulty. It's quite easy until you reach the final chapter, where the game throws everything it has at you, except soldier zombies (the only way you can get guns), so you have to find a way to run down the timer by cheesing the game since you can't kill any zombies. Oh well, I had fun for an hour. Not sure if it's worth $6 tho, get it on sale as I did.

A simple boomer shooter with very quick to die makes this game challenging. A bit repetitive and not much replay ability, but some minor fun to be had in this game for sure

[h1]バイオ4の籠城パートを延々繰り返す、かなりシビアなゾンビサバイバル[/h1] [b]小屋や教会などの施設に立てこもり、ゾンビの大群を倒し続けて生き延びるシンプルなFPS。[/b] 一応簡単なアイテム収集やパズルの用意された探索パートもあるのだが、主軸は籠城戦となっている。 世界観は『ドーンオブザデッド』よりは『ナイトオブザリビングデッド』寄りで、寂れた田舎にゾンビがたむろしている雰囲気だ。 プレイヤーは籠城中、当然ながら対抗策を持ってはいるのだが、それらは少々心もとない。 近接武器はあまり強くなく、鉄砲は強力だが残弾が少なくてリロードもできない使い捨て。 軍人ゾンビを倒せば銃が、農民ゾンビを倒せば近接武器がドロップするのだが、これらは時間制で勝手に消えてしまうため貯めておくことができない。また、素手は非常に貧弱で、ゾンビ一体倒すのすらままならない弱さ。 プレイヤーはただ目の前のゾンビに対処するだけでなく、武器の弾数や耐久力を気にしつついかに補給し続けるかを考えながら立ち回らなければならない。 これらの籠城というテーマが面白いかというと正直個人的には(怖いが)面白くはない。ランダム要素が強すぎるし、妙に渋いし、アイテム消滅速度が速すぎるし、ボスとか出てきて煩わしいし、バリケードなどの対抗策がないのでひたすら手持ち武器でなんとかするのが単調だし… 探索パートは簡素ながらもきちんとしているだけに、籠城パートだけに気合が入っていて普通のバイオハザード1寄りの探索サバイバルホラーになっていないのは正直もったいないとすら思う。 ただしグラフィックは昨今のプレステ風レトロホラーの趣をしっかりとらえていて不気味だし、途中で流れるラジオやサウンドトラックなんかも雰囲気に合っていて映画的。 バイオ4の籠城戦が大好きという人であればこの偏ったゲームプレイも許容できるだろう。見た目よりも人を選ぶ一作。
