Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

прикольная игруха, над последним левелом жестко запарился
It's decent for 0.28 cents. Too bad it has no online features. The AI is crappy at best. I play far worst zombies game then this. If you can get it for 0.28 cents sure go for it. Not a long term game in any stretch of the imagination. I will still give it a thumb up mostly, However this zombies just run at you faster then you can run. If you get circle by zombies it over you can't run properly while getting hit.

So this is Invention III/3 then? I have actually played both of the previous games in this series and for the most part they were rough. The first one had some ambition I think but the later games did away with that. Story: This game starts in the same way as the last one. That is on the roof of a building inside a city. You have some guns and you can move. That is it really. From here you must shoot everything and make your way out of the city. There are many zombies but quite a few of them look the same. Also for some reason many of the female ones celebrated "No panties" day when the end of the world struck it seems. Pros 1. This game is very cheap. So cheap in fact that it can get away with a lot. 2. It is short but has a few different settings for the action. 3. The gunplay is far from perfect but also not bad. Cons 1. The game is rough when it comes to pretty much everything. 2. The game has almost zero reason to even open a door. No items to interact with outside of health and ammo. 3. Very short. Under 2 hours and could probably be done even quicker. 4. Very few skins for the zombies. Get ready to kill the same ones many times. 5. Zombie audio was bad. 6. Zombies can fly through the air and glitch through walls. 7. Jumping can insta kill you if unlucky. 8. No bosses. 9. No story. Those are some of the things I reacted on in the game. Overall this is probably the worst one in the series. The first is better at almost everything aside from the graphics. It was cheap and my expectations were not high going in. I would give this a generous 2/5.
This game suprised me! It is actually good and you feel you are at a target practice for headshots haha.
Warning: Asset Flip! Invention 3 is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store assets, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a basic urban asset, some stolen zombie assets, and made a simplistic, 5 minute zombie FPS... it's just another scam from Conglomerate 5, good friends of Atomic Fabrik, who's now been banned from Steam. Because the Conglomerate 5 account uses the same fake Russian review farm that got Cristian Manolachi banned from Steam, it won't be too long before this asset flip is gone, too. It has no value or merit as a real game. Conglomerate 5/Falco Software have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Planetoid" = Tower Defense Toolkit 4 developed by SongGameDev
"Tower Defense Sudden Attack" = Tower Defence Template developed by Keeree Games
"Primitive Shooter" = Create a Game Source code developed by Sebastian Lague
"Fox and Bunny" = Sunny Land developed by Ansimuz
"Old Factory" = Realistic FPS PreFab developed by Azuline Studios
"Weapons Genius VR" = Darktree FPS 1.4 developed by HabTeam
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The mismatched game assets are fairly mediocre/low quality, it's a wonder why they couldn't be bothered "borrowing" higher quality assets for this asset flip. This is a lot like going on a shoplifting spree but only stealing the cut price store brand goods. Regardless, the poor quality assets alone should be enough to deter gamers from bothering with this. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 6 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. It's also important to note the "developer" here has connections to a number of shady Russian asset flippers and review manipulators who show an organised pattern to scam and defraud gamers with fake reviews and asset flipping the work of others for profit. While reviews are about the games, gamers should be informed when developers act unethically. Whether these connections are the same developer using multiple accounts, or just working closely with other unethical developers, gamers should be warned about the harm to gamers by this developer and their associates. Buying games from unethical developers puts your money at risk. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this asset flip? Is this better than any of the 100,000+ genuinely made games on Steam? Of course not! Invention 3 is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
