It scratches the RPG itch, but it's too easy to get very powerful, and the game drags on a bit too long.

Before I begin, let me quote "Smithdog" on how to make sure your computer is using the nvidea card rather than your integrated. "right click your desktop go to nvidea settings. set global to focus on your nvidea card rather than your integrated." I almost would have not recommended this game due to really poor framerrate constantly, but the above mentioned advice made this game run very smoothly. Now to this game overall: I played this game back in the day on PS3 and I can easily say this is one of my favorite RPG's of all time. Part of me wants to call this game a poor man's Skyrim, but honestly some people have called this a combination of Fable and World of Warcraft, which is probably more accurate. The gameplay is phenomenal...very action RPG with an easy to "reset" abilities when you get bored. The gameplay is probably some of the most fun I've had in an RPG. The story is very lore based and a little bit unforgettable, but there are a lot of story bits for those who seek them. Great underappreciated gem of a game!
Good story with fun mechanics. Very easy to become OP, try the harder difficulties.
Used to play this game as a kid, so I have quite a bit of nostalgia for it. When I got it on steam, all the memories came rushing back to me as I played it. Recommend if you like a non-restrictive class system, and a good story. 9/10
