Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Aug 8 → 3.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
A cult classic/hidden gem? Not sure, what i am sure about is, KOA is a fantastic action rpg. Thanks to its brilliant combat, large open world settings and great art style and direction its aged like a fine wine.
I really wanted to like this game. I gave it more time than I should of to try to convince me. My primary issue with the game is its seemingly designed for console. Custom key mapping is locked for certain inputs, primarily the RMB is locked as cast spell. Most seasoned PC RPG players recognize this as block. Worse, the camera angles are janky and there doesn't seem to be any target lock to get around that. Overall, poor UI. Otherwise, I find the writing run-of-the-mill and a bit flat.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Constantly freezes couldnt get beyond the initial tutorial. froze every time when pop up to equip shield came up. I got past this by turning tutorial off. but then a pop up still comes up later on to enter overshadow or something. says press lt and rt and does absolutely nothing. very frustrating
Terrible "remastering," game cannot even handle rebinding keys without soft-locking the entire input system. Lazy cash grab and not worth your time.
salut après 1055 heures de jeu ,je ne puis que le recommander bienheureusement
6.5/10, decent action rpg, gets boring fast. there are better games like this worth your time
I have made several attempts to get into this game. The graphics are pretty good, the combat is not particularly engaging, just button mashing is good enough to win most fights. The world, while pretty, feels like an empty walled maze The story tries but it just isn't very engaging. 4/10 at best
THQ Nordic bought this IP after the original studio went bankrupt and did little to fix the bugs that existed in the original game and added some new bugs in their Fatesworn DLC.; There are even bugs in earning some kill related achievements, They added some QoL features that didn't exist in the original game. Don't buy this at full price, wait for a 90% off sale. This is a negative review because THQ Nordic is a net negative for this game and the IP.; They've killed this IP and the game will fade into obscurity because the people at THQ Nordic don't care about it.
This game is SUCH a chore to play. Endless side quests, endless loot that doesn't improve your gear, minimal types of weapons, NPCs all look the same. They should have followed through with the original plan of making this an MMORPG, IMO it might have actually contended with WoW. But as a single-player game... look, I love THQ Nordic and THQ in general, I really, truly do, but with this and Biohazard they really messed some ♥♥♥♥ up. Trying to sit down and beat this game many years ago felt like pulling teeth. I beat it, at the cost of my sanity (and a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ end boss fight that took FOREVER). 5/10 at best, though at $10 it's worth it IMO. Full price, NO.
Started the original so long ago and quit after about 15 hrs because time wouldn't allow me to sit down and enjoy the lore. Can't even remember my build back then. Came back to start anew with Re-Reckoning and had a blast, or various. Went into sorcery culminating into an Arch-Mage and was quite OP towards the last 20 hrs or so. Such a lore-rich game, it's crazy. Didn't quite find a good setup for my super-ultra-wide screen, but enjoyed the exploration of the diverse lands. I'm glad to have seen this through and can only recommend it. Until all places are discovered for fast-travelling it's a lot of running - a lot. And it's so much loot. The amount of things I disassembled or sold as junk is baffling. Faction quests were all cool, as was the main story. Missing my Faer Gorta already, axing blindly through enemies to heal me.
