For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. Puzzles and mini-gamesLogic and diversity was the key to our work on this most significant aspect of the game. Just like in traditional adventure game most puzzles are tied up with objects, but there are also conversational puzzles and a whole bunch of logical mini-games.

Kapia is a dense yet surprisingly light adventure game, with 2 playable characters and entertaining puzzles. For my full review, head over here YakWaxLips Kapia Review

A really lovely game - full of humour, great artwork and good puzzles. Highly recommend!
This is a short but delightful game. It's clear that the developers put a lot of love into it. I love the characters and story. The only negative thing I noticed is that the triggers for camera angle changes are a little awkward, but it didn't hinder the gameplay.
KAPIA is a fantastic game and will bring back fond memories of classic point and click games. The world of KAPIA is rich, populated by interesting characters, the creativity of 2For2 is impressive. The atmosphere of the game, although in a post apocalyptic context, remains funny and relaxed. The music is great, fluid and non-repetitive (which is important for this kind of game).
It was a little bit clunky but It certainly has its charm. Overall I really enjoyed it. Pros - Graphics were pretty nice, lighting I thought was especially good in some areas. Maybe the dust particle effect was a bit overused though. - Voice acting mostly very good, for a handful of lines it seems maybe there was some recording quality issues but nothing too distracting. - Story and world building was very interesting, although personally I found it a little confusing at times (probably my own issue, rather than the game.) - Handy replay level feature for grabbing any missed achievements. Note that Moral support must be grabbed in level 6 not level 4. - Skip dialog feature built in. - Built in help system (although you probably won't need it, the puzzles are Intuitive but also a bit on the easy side. However I much prefer that situation to being constantly stuck and looking up guides etc. Myst 5 I'm looking at you.) Cons: - The spiny camera thing can be a bit disorientating. - The mouse controls could sometimes be difficult i.e. characters would sometimes not go where intended. The game was probably designed with controller in mind. - Some dialog lines sounded muffled. - Some dialog sounded a little off, maybe a very rigid translation. - Its quite short; I'd say you would complete it in under 5 hours. Some of my time is leaving the game running and replaying for achievements.
While I can't say that Kapia is a good game, it has enough going for it that I'm so-so about it. There are too few reviews for me to give it a thumbs down, since that would impact the review score more than I think it deserves. This game is a good example of a game development project needing a bigger budget to properly achieve its vision. The lack of polish is devastating. Kapia is painful to play and even more aggravating to look at. The camera moves in this thing are monstrous, with disorienting and sickening movements. Excessive bloom effects cast a haze over most of the screen. The audio mix suffers from drastic differences in volume between voice lines, even from the same character in the same scene. Voice performances were clearly captured on a wide variety of microphones, with some mics being of noticeably low quality. I suspect mostly amateurs were brought on to do voice acting in Kapia, but some of the voices were enjoyable. It took me a bit to get used to Stefan's forced gruffness, recorded with a mic of questionable quality, but I grew to enjoy his cantankerous attitude. Reny had my favorite voice actress, with a good quality microphone and childlike enthusiasm behind every line. It was weird how she avoided using contractions, though. "Can't" is the only one she'd regularly say. This world is very strange and the explanations given weren't of much help. Some of the cutscenes were so bizarre and the dialogue was so removed from my understanding, I felt like I had suddenly started playing another game. The constant swaying of the camera in most cutscenes might have gotten in the way of my following along. That stuff can make a man feel woozy. I got the political messaging loud and clear, though. It's pretty much only leftists that are making games these days, whether it's AAAA, AAA, AA or Kickstarter indies. I don't care what leftists think about politics and I dismiss their propaganda without bothering to refute it. I don't really want to recommend this game, but it's charming enough that I'm willing to give it a thumbs up.
