About
Junkster is an all-new 3D action platforming adventure with a unique building mechanic.
When an intergalactic cargo ship crash-lands on a dangerous junkyard planet, it is up to a scrappy, little construction bot named UM-13, or UM for short, to save the day!
Armed only with his trusty robo-wrench, UM must transform the galaxy’s useless garbage into slightly more functional garbage as he searches for the parts to repair his ship and recovers his lost cargo of precious human artifacts.
With a visual style that captures the retro vibe of 80's era American comicbooks, each action-packed issue sees Um go toe-to-robot-toe with hungry trash mutants and renegade bots.
And as a special bonus, each exciting issue comes complete with a Junkster toy to add to your collection.

I've gotta say I am impressed to the point I feel the need to make a positive review. Every once and awhile you come across a game that you can tell someone put a lot of time and effort into just by the little added details, additional animations and sound effects that aren't required for the game to function, and just crafty ways the characters move and function. The game is really fleshed out and unique down to the smallest things. This is one of those games. Even the main menus done with their theme and complete, well made animations instead of just buttons is excellent. Little hidden gem at the time I write this definitely worth $10. I bought as an "Eh, this looks like fun and something I would enjoy since I like robots and building things." It's a perfect blend of building things to solve puzzles, platforming, and exploration as you try to find those last hidden collectables around the levels. It scratches the itch just right to where you want to go back into the levels to get the things you missed, or not finish the level until you 100% it the first time through. I've had a one or two instances where the current puzzle/obstacle in the level was a bit tough to figure out, but not unbearably so, then all of the sudden you get that "Oh jeez I know what the solution is." Not a super long game, but a well made game that is fun to play and will keep you entertained for a few afternoons definitely worth the price listed. My one and only 'complaint', would be in the level 'A Fridge Too Far', you have to get a piece from a robot flying in a circle overhead. I ended up looking up a video online of someone else playing it to figure out that you don't kill the robot or walk into the part he is carrying (which is how you collect other loose parts in the world). You have to use the 'deconstruct' button to take it from him and can do it from a small distance. This literally never occurred to me since you 'deconstruct' buildings and robots you build, but you smash/attack other parts in the world or enemies to free non-assembled parts and collect them. In other words, you have to treat this specific enemy like a building bolted to the ground, and not an actual enemy. However once you figure this out, it is simple enough and the same mechanic/method is used in later levels.
Great game, I highly recommend it. If you enjoy 3D platformers, collectathons, and quick building puzzles, then this game is for you. The gameplay and puzzles are fairly simple but fun, which helps keep the game moving at a good pace. Well worth the price.
I'm having a lot of fun with this platformer. Imagine Banjo and Kazooie Nuts n Bolts mixed with Ratchet and Clank, with it's own spin. The levels are well thought out and introduce new ideas that push the gameplay forward and keep it interesting. From afar the visuals have that comic book vibe going on but up close you can see the lovely amount of detail the artists have added. If you like 100% games then this one has various things to collect. Cogs, stickers, parts and time trials. Absolutely worth the low price.
Quelle incroyable surprise !
W Collectathon Muito bom!
Only played an hour so far. Will update my review if my feelings change later. So far, this game is a gem. You can tell a ton of love and care was put in to every little aspect of it. The little details in the level transitions, the diorama rewards and similar touches really make this game shine. It didn't need any of these things, but it's all the better for them. So far the level design is simple, but solid. The movement is a bit slow, but really responsive. The camera is fantastic. The building is simple but makes you feel clever. I've gotten a couple frame drops when cinematics and levels are loading, but otherwise it's running quite well. My only complaints are that building is a bit cumbersome and finnicky and there's no borderless window mode. Super solid effort from the team. Excited to play more.
Excellent jeu de construction / plateforme 3d . Jeu intelligent . Level design très bien conçu . Univers fort sympathique sans être niais . Un must !!
