About
Jump Space (formerly Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE for up to 4 players, where you are the crew of a spaceship. Transition seamlessly from crewing the ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. Engage in intense battles both on the ground and in space, and always keep your ship upgraded and intact. Teamwork is key for survival and victory.
We love co-op games, and we love space. Jump Space is our attempt to make both work together.
Jump across the universe - Select from a variety of hand-crafted missions with random elements. No two runs are ever the same.
Seamlessly go on and off ship - Once you’ve jumped with your ship, you can switch seamlessly between operating your ship, space walking and on-foot planetary exploration, it just works.
Upgrade, maintain, repair - Manage your ship as you scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. Bolster your arsenal of guns and components with tons of modifiers.
Fly with a crew, or go solo - Jump Space is best enjoyed with friends, but solo adventurers are welcome too.
Upgrade and customise your ship and guns as you face off against the challenges of space exploration, and scavenge resources to ensure your survival. Reinforce your defences, adjust your energy output for speed or bolster your ship’s attack capabilities - the choice is yours.
Experience fluid gameplay as you switch from steering your ship out of an asteroid field to jetpacking towards an enemy vessel to sabotage its core. Seamlessly transition between exploration, combat and traversal.
Go on missions with your friends and take on roles, from piloting to engineering and field exploration. Work together to overcome enemy attacks, extinguish fires on the command deck or adjust your ship’s power grid on the fly. There are no set classes in Jump Space, improvise and decide how you want to engage.

Space game with too many things it wants to be while not excelling in any of them latest "weapons" update only added 1 weapon, most of the guns in this game don't feel that great or fun to play with. The update added random rolled effects on weapons that can be super RNG if the gun is good, even if its highest rarity it can be useless. Most of the machine guns don't do any damage, the shotgun is incredibly unsatisfying. Melee is ok but everything will kill you quickly. Ship combat is very simple, however they just changed how shields and hull work. Early on without a strong shield, your ship is very fragile, could be rough for new players. The ship weapons are much better then the on-foot weapons, and I do enjoy the power grid mini-game. However, wish components could be more customizable between ships, the starting ship is the only ship that can use Multi-turret components, meanwhile the new giant ship can only have 4 special weapons, feels like a loss opportunity. It's also would of benefitted a crew of atleast 6 players instead of being locked to 4 players UI seems incredibly bugged at times and some component/weapon modules seem to get nerfed when you upgrade them. The RNG loot can be incredibly unsatisfying as well, there's so many modifiers you want to hunt for and try to find the perfect combination but it's highly unlikely. Finding the Rarest rarity items is also not fun as the weapon or component can just have all bad rolls. Content is highly repetitive and not enough mission diversity 4/10
Havent put much time in it due to refunding it BUT it was fun. Graphics are beautiful, there were some fun easter egg type things, it is a great game. I think it would be better with friends, I only played it solo. If the add more solo ships or the ability to fly other ships with more guns solo, Ill get it again. Gun play was also fantastic.
Подключение из РФ пока есть, игра вроде бодренькая, но нужны друзья
This is a great game, this game is a bit grindy but it's satisfying for the most part, I will not discourage you from buying this game but a couple of things that grime me are the enemies clipping into terrain and walls which makes fighting really annoying. Further, the upgrade/progression system for weapons and ship modules are too grindy for my tastes, adding on that you want better tiers of items and when you do, you'd have to upgrade them again for more materials which hurts if you're getting rid of a lower tier item you already upgraded. It's a little frustrating but the rest of the game is really good, I hope they can fix these issues but overall, it's a 7/10 game.
Way too many random weapon modifiers, the new hull repair tool makes the game even more confusing and unclear because the UI is very cluttered (was it before too but now more). Selected a mission on easy but started on hard, maybe because there was another mission with same name in the sector. Upgrades are way too complicated now because you need to grind a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lot if you want to play alone for a bit or with only two people. The balancing is sometimes really off even with four players on moderate we almost died all the time. Also all my uprades were gone and didn't get anything for them after the update, maybe because I logged in a day after the update. Was better befor the last update.
It's pretty fun. In general it feels like a space Sea of Thieves (in reference to multiple people being on your ship, manning the weapons, fighting, and repairing your ship). It also full fills my desire to have a game where friends and I can pilot around a single ship and run inside it while it's being flown. My main annoyance I can think of is that I find the multitool taking up a weapon slot rather worthless. Perhaps if it was customizable in some way (like being able to make it a revolver, hand rifle, sawed off shotgun, etc) that may resolve that feeling. I understand there are perks in the game to change the gun like the one that increases damage by double in exchange for halving the ammo capacity but it just doesn't feel worth it. In fairness that's a pretty minor nitpick because the game is still fun and early access. The gunplay is fun. It's not groundbreaking but it doesn't need to be because it's enjoyable and that's enough. Because I'm a silly little wokey the fact that there's a tag for AI generated content in this game disgusts me but I understand the developers plan to remove it and it's early access so that's tolerable for now.
Movement is orgasmic, feels like DRG and sea of thieves had a PvE baby
TLDR don't recommend it much for solo players Just not worth it playing solo on harder difficulty runs too much to micro manage. - Making ship repairs and recharging shields can be hard and sometimes pointless as you immediately can get shot at and your ships needs more repairs somewhere else in the middle of the fight is the main culprit in my frustration Definitely need a squad to run with in this game which i know is the point of this game but adult be adulting not everyone has friends who are available to play at the same time as i do or convince them to buy an early access game and spend whatever precious time they do have on a early access game. The price seems about right for what is available at this moment. besides that the game is fun if it wasn't i would have refunded within the first hour but once you get away from the beginning it can be less fun for some solo players. Hope solo play gets better but wont be surprised if this is not the focus in the game development in the future
This is a Team that cares and works towards the goals and honors the players. Fun rogue like space game with ship loadouts various weapons to choose from and discover. The gun update could not be better and being able to save your favorite gun was a smart move. The new Corvettes are no joke either I like the changes more difficult but fair. Gotta say big thank you for giving me the ingots from the update. Y'all didn't have to give that many but I appreciate it so again Thank You they will go to good use. Your team is making an incredible game I do love playing can the traders get a rework? possibly sell ship parts also? maybe a gun or two? I love the new design of the hammerhead but would request one pilot gun like the M3? or some multi tur. for pilot use? A cool ship concept I was thinking large cargo ship with a small fighter on board? fighter would have to be on ship for spacejump but could offer cover while raiding team goes in on foot for ship or squad? if it gets taken down in flight the cargo would have to fly over to do a repair job and recover the pilot? Cargo could have one duel special weapon seat and nothing for the pilot, while the fighter has only one pilot gun kinda like a light fighter.
