About
Jump Space (formerly Jump Ship) is a mission based co-op PvE for up to 4 players, where you are the crew of a spaceship. Transition seamlessly from crewing the ship to on-foot exploration and space walks. Engage in intense battles both on the ground and in space, and always keep your ship upgraded and intact. Teamwork is key for survival and victory.
We love co-op games, and we love space. Jump Space is our attempt to make both work together.
Jump across the universe - Select from a variety of hand-crafted missions with random elements. No two runs are ever the same.
Seamlessly go on and off ship - Once you’ve jumped with your ship, you can switch seamlessly between operating your ship, space walking and on-foot planetary exploration, it just works.
Upgrade, maintain, repair - Manage your ship as you scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. Bolster your arsenal of guns and components with tons of modifiers.
Fly with a crew, or go solo - Jump Space is best enjoyed with friends, but solo adventurers are welcome too.
Upgrade and customise your ship and guns as you face off against the challenges of space exploration, and scavenge resources to ensure your survival. Reinforce your defences, adjust your energy output for speed or bolster your ship’s attack capabilities - the choice is yours.
Experience fluid gameplay as you switch from steering your ship out of an asteroid field to jetpacking towards an enemy vessel to sabotage its core. Seamlessly transition between exploration, combat and traversal.
Go on missions with your friends and take on roles, from piloting to engineering and field exploration. Work together to overcome enemy attacks, extinguish fires on the command deck or adjust your ship’s power grid on the fly. There are no set classes in Jump Space, improvise and decide how you want to engage.

Very fun game! The tutorial missed a few things that really made a huge impact on gameplay. I hope the tutorial will be updated and added to before the game goes 1.0. Right now there's a bit of jank, but that's to be expected with an EA game. I'm really looking forward to seeing what updates are released for Jump Space!
Really solid example of a AA game, massively solid for what it is with some issues. Mainly for me I find the gameplay loop fun, but repetitive. This isnt helped by the (admittedly) placeholder AI voices. They spam the same 5 voice lines at nauseum with no variation at all. Still pretty alright game
nice,
Cool
Alright jumped back into this after picking it up after EA release and it not really grabbing me. It's had a decent glow up and is now my new addiction. Had some issues with stability which will be at the bottom of the review, cos y'know, early access. World and atmosphere are great now, the gun play is damn fun (thought it was trash in early EA) and the ship piloting/crewing is great. Nice split between flying and EVA. Good progression systems in place for upgrading your gear and ship and solo is a dream due to having a robot who might as well be Wedge Antilles he's just so damn competent. One of those EA games that's at the point where if you think you'll like the loop, might as well jump in now. Stability issues. Okay so damn this game was crashing like every few minutes on the latest version on my nvidia/intel pc. Until i turned off XMP in bios. Runs like a dream on my Legion Go, to the point before i tried turning off XMP, i was actually streaming it FROM my Legion to my PC. And it was working great (until it overheated).
This game is a lot of fun, only encountered some minor bugs so far. Gameplay is very clean though, stability is good also no performance issues that I encountered. Not sure it would be fun as a solo player but deffo a great game with 3 friends. Seems to be a lot to get into for an EA game, looking forward to their future updates.
Getting really polished - still some to go, but very fun!
Such a fun game, I've only played it alone so far but I imagine it gets even more fun with a group of friends. The game itself is really well put together so far, obviously they're still in early access so I would love to see tons of new weapons ships, and types of missions you can go on added in the future. My only critique so far is that my game unfortunately keeps crashing/not responding about 15-25 minutes into the session, could be a wifi issue but I think it has more something to do with the server. Hopefully the devs see this! Amazing game so far, can't wait to see what it turns out to be
