Reviews
Initially came to this game to study Japanese, ended up falling for the series as a whole. The story was fantastic, more emotional moments than I was expecting, and the character development all around is great. Working through Chronicle Mode now, while also watching the anime which is kind of nice because it reinforces what I watched. If you're studying Japanese it's a great game to learn from but beware that it took me about 16 months cumulative study to be able to grasp what's going on. I don't care for real life soccer but Inazuma's version is quite fun and unhinged, so even if you don't like the sport you should give it a go if you like over the top anime things.
This is a fun game and i would reccomend it but i just cannot. These devs adore their generative AI to the point they use it for pretty much everything. Do not support this company

there used to be a time where all i ever wanted was the new inazuma eleven, and then i got it, and i loved it, but then i realised it's failings, the "new story" was incredibly lackluster, we got basically nothing from the characters, basically no new moves we got mechanics added for the sake of mechanics i guess, grind intensive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, chronicle mode being unbearably long, you want to play the ♥♥♥♥ never released in europe? better strap in for like 20+ hours of all the ♥♥♥♥ you already did, and you have to do it twice, once in story mode and once in challenge, but it's not like you beat the story mode and then unlock the higher difficulties, no you have to do it one by one, so you'll be steamrolling the team just to get finally to the challenging part to get the rewards you want, wonderful, especially seeing as you could just not get them ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ new rarities and ♥♥♥♥ so random that most people never really understood how to build a team because none of the random ♥♥♥♥ made sense, so much grind to get characters you want through random drops everything you acquire through random drops it just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ burns you out and again the story is lackluster, you used to have a huge map, now we got like 3 locations, you used to have so much side content, now you have some side teams, but none of them have something unique you used to have so many new moves, we got maybe a handful including recycled Echo_Amethyst 🐍 VTUBER @EchoAmethyst · 10m the promise of having a core of characters instead of the full 11 being kinda locked meant that some of us thought there would be a greater focus on the characters, no there wasn't, outside of unmei really, Rika got ♥♥♥♥ y'all remember how she's part of a ninja clan? cause it's never even brought up after, she has nothing at all outside of being perved on cause apparently we still do that. the competitive scene is basically impossible, you cannot win, all that to farm more random drops to buy more ♥♥♥♥ from the shops to get the new ultra special over powered rarity or items half the gamemodes people don't play and the post game, it's not even a postgame it's a match against a team of characters that just don't have a single new move, holy ♥♥♥♥ even the first Go game was more inventive than that and don't get me started on the fact that even if you wanted to replay ♥♥♥♥ in your save file you're stuck with certain characters cause you just cant remove them from your team, so what's the point? as someone who literally breathed inazuma eleven, this ♥♥♥♥ sucks man, this game is bad, and now they already announced a new game? and there's so much ai in it. I'm so incredibly disappointed, like genuinely this ♥♥♥♥ ruined me. TLDR: the story is lackluster the company is throating ai the new characters got nothing to their story there's basically no new moves every update breaks the balance ♥♥♥♥ is just an absolute grindfest of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I used to love this now i'm just heartbroken
Merci d'avoir lu. Bon jeu !
Level 5 has fully embraced AI use for games. We cannot tell if it’s used for this game, but the company is currently the biggest red flag of it’s category. I highly suggest you not to purchase or play this game, Level 5 needs to understand that AI use cannot be tolerated.
"5 years of contents" my ass. After delaying the game for 5 years, level 5 gave us a mediocre game with about 4k of random generated playable characters that you will probably never use but hey, at least they set a record for it so who is the winner here. The grind is mind numbing. There aren't enough new moves, and the majority of them are just recolor old moves. Most characters full kit is locked behind a drop system that pretty much a glorified gacha system. The only good things about this game is that it has all the moves from previous game.
