This game WILL waste your time. From the awful gacha system over the the story mode in this football game that has nothing to do with football half the time. Instead, you mainly play rock-paper-scissors. Literally rock-paper-scissors. That’s not a metaphor. Also there is A LOT of grind. There is also another big single player mode that is even bigger than the JRPG-story mode and will take forever to complete: Chronicle Mode. The problem with this mode, however, is that you either need to play ALL the old games first (which are not on Steam) or watch the complete anime before because it's just Fan Service for longtime fans but they do a terrible job to explain anything to new players. Would it be to much to ask if they at least bit a bit of text at the start of each Chronicle Battle, like a "What previously happend" or something like that. Still, even if you have no idea what's going on that mode is basically where you farm your players to build your own team. But of course there is a meta and if you want to have a chance you need to roll the perfect players, grind passives and whatnot. Also this game hasd a lot of different shops with different currencies, which is even worse than those F2P Gacha Online games you may know about. So good look finding the skill you actually want by going through all the shops, only to notice you're missing this or that to grind out first. Or that you have to unlock it first, which, again, this game does a terrible job about explaining to you where to get or what to do. So while I can't recommend this game I have to admit the "build your team" has me hooked and I spend way too many hours grinding spirits, currency and whatnot to complete my dream-team, only to do it all over again and build another one. So yeah, collection fever can get you and that may be fun, but as said: Don't expect that game to respect your time as many things in it are just terrible inconvenient.

As OBSs estarão no final.
Do not give any money to this AI slop company
Pretty bad game to be honest, The story was alright. It started strong, but felt very rushed at the end. Level-5 claimed the game has over 5000 characters, but none of the characters are truly unique as all the character's stats are basically copy-paste, After finishing the Chronicle mode there isn't much to do at all, playing online is bad because you'll be faced with cheaters and bad server connections, And if that ain't enough, you'll be faced with more cheaters in the form of the AI. Instead of making the computer more intelligent in the game, Level-5 basically gave them infinite hypermoves, infinite tension, and no move cooldown on AI keepers. You can't build up tension at all because of it.
Story mode is fine, but do to a few tiny things I can't really recommend the game. The mode were you basically play with your own team and you own character forces you to do the same match 3 times before you can play on the highest difficulty. The first mandatory play for every stage is basically a low budget Story recap of other games. Which is just a slog to watch and if you already know the other games, absolutely unnessecary. In this mode you have the original cast. Then comes a low level version where you can use your character. Then a mid level then High level. Whats the problem I hear you asking? The problem is that at this point you have likely an extremely high level team, so that even the High level play is a joke and you could literally attempt to play with your enemy to try and lose and still win. Its so INSULTINGLY easy and absurd that its mandatory that you have to do the low/mid level...LIke just let me play at the highest difficulty if I want to, instead of forcing me to literally just stare at the screen for a couple of minutes so the literally impossible to lose lower tier matches (I TRIED losing). AND THAT BASICALLY 3 TIMES ON THE SAME MATCH, if you include the story mission thats basically has events that make you win or are boring to watch if you know the story already. For that reason I dropped the game, and will not play again unless there is a high difficulty option (Higher than the joke they have already.) without forcing me to play the lower tiers. That was the most insane torture I have ever experienced, no idea why a any developed would think "Let us make the player have 0% chance to lose and no struggle what so ever in the gameplay!....And that 3 times, before we give him a maybe a TIIIIIIIINY chance that he could possibly lose! oh an then we do the same thing again for all the 100+ missions out there!" was a good idea. Story mode was pretty dope though, even though I didn't like the argument battles and there were too little football. Character creation was cool too, but you got the character WAY too late, for it to be interesting. And in chronicle mode the passing/progression ruined it. (weird to say in a Inazuma eleven game) So only recommend when you play story, the rest is ass.
