Game is not intuitive at all, I'm constantly on wiki's and forums trying to figure out how and where to find things. Also, apparently according to some other reviews, it's basically been abandoned or developers really aren't troubleshooting anymore- which is concerning because I have had some points where the game has frozen up on me for a bit. Basically, if you want to have to figure out, literally, how to survive an apocalypse -then give it a try because the game explains NOTHING but bare minimum so you will be stuck figuring it out on your own. I would not recommend, which is a shame it started off fun- but you realize as you have to complete chain actions to progress that the fun is easily replaced with frustration.
It's an automation game disguised as a survival game. From the start I lowered the hunger speed, because it was frustrating. Interested in exploring the rooftops, I endured the boring gameplay. Then the mid game arrived and the real grind started. Can't bear to finish it.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It starts good, but in the end it's just grind. 1. Chests/inventory are too small leading to messy inventory, constantly having to micromanage inventory. 2. In the end there is just grinding for grinding sake. Collect 50 of each base resource, then 30 of each advanced resource (thats where I quit) and there was 1 more step. 3, Fishing is sooooooooo boring after 300 fishes. And you need to fish to progress and it's the only way to get oil that you need alot of. 4. Minions are a lot worse than they could be, they only perform the most basic of tasks. 5. Game loading time between screens gets longer and longer the longer you play. 6. Game talks about weather, but I never saw any rain until endgame. This could have been a good game. It starts off as one, but in the end all the flaws appear

the game is genuine choreslop, like every task feels aimless and nothing feels rewarding. i keep picking up the game because I was still hoping there would be better things to do once you unlock other areas but its just another location to tidy up and farm resources.
Good game. A bit overslow in some progression. Bad 100% with Roofer and Odysseus for different reasons. And why the hell do the loading screens take so long? it is not a complex environment to load. 7 / 10
A lot of people say this game is bad because of the pointless repetition of the tasks or the bad minion UI. I didn't mind that stuff. I don't mind a little mind numbing task completion and the minions were so unnecessary as a whole that I mostly found their incompetence amusing. I didn't even mind that although this game is well past full release, it still has a terrible lag problem. What made me uninstall this game after 25 hours was that it's supposed to be a cozy game, has settings to adjust "coziness" but there is no setting to stop those stupid worms from destroying your buildings. And sure, I could build a bunch of other stuff to keep them away but why add cozy adjustments to negate contamination dmg to yourself, reduce weeds and worms but not to eliminate building dmg? I have the game jacked to the coziest settings so there's only a worm or two at night but the second I turn my back they've destroyed something and I have to grind for the materials to build it again. Mostly I'm uninstalling because I'm fairly sure the devs are done with the game and there's still so much that needs work. I'll probably come back to it later, having forgotten the reason I stopped, and go through this all over again. If you're gonna buy, get it on sale.
