Hyperspace Dogfights is a juicy jet-combat roguelite in which you blast, dodge and slice your way through masses of technologically inferior baddies. Your jet evolves differently on each run and becomes stronger and weirder by gathering some of the 300+ available items.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Big fan of Hyperspace Deck command so I had to check this out. It is a bit rough around the edges, I think understandably since it was the dev's first game published on Steam, but there still is a lot I like here. The kinetic action and sound design is on point here, everything feels impactful and cronchy. The action is super fast and engaging, lot's of upgrades, weapons and unlocks to keep the gameplay fresh. I can see myself sinking a lot of time into this. My two main complaints are:

The clouds look absolutely ugly, wish I could just turn them off, because they are constantly in my vision. I think the graphics and aesthetics generally work well, but just this one element is bugging me.
I couldn't get my controller to be recognized. Not such a big deal, I can play with mouse+keyboard just fine, but controller would be my preference.
I wish Sleeper Games was more popular so that the dev could spend some extra time on polishing and QoL, there's really something special in each of them. I'll be doing my part, I am now 100% a Sleeper Games fan and will get all of them eventually.
Super fun punchy roguelike with a surprising amount of depth and unmatched style. I probably clocked a hundred hours in this from itch.io, but I figured I would buy it again so I could write a review on Steam since goodness knows the game deserves it. Plus, it seems to be what laid the groundwork for the very interesting universe of the Hyperspace Anthology, so kudos for that!

Very cool dogfighting game with a heckload of upgrades and weapons for your jet.
Severely underrated game! Very fun combat and good roguelike bullet hell. I found this game while installing mods on the FTL: Faster Than Light forum.
this game is so genuinely fun and unique i was really sad to see the dev considered it a failure. Aside from not being able to drop weapons and loadout clutter it's a really solid arcadey dogfighter game a la luftrausers, but the unique style and gameplay are enough to elevate it farther
I hope there's something left to start another run after previous game over.
It's confusing to me how little of a community this game (and this dev in general) has. Without exaggeration, an absolute masterpiece in roguelike and bullet hell game design. Please play it.
this game rules i only wish i could look away from the action to read the dialog more often cus the worldbuilding is really fun
Hyperspace Dogfights is the finest game of its kind and it's not close. Its aesthetic is boldly unique and striking, and every piece of flavor text is rich with personality. The gameplay is quick and engaging, fair but unforgiving, easy to pick up but difficult to master, and has a delightfully expressive synergy-based design where everything is stackable and interoperable in intuitive and satisfying ways. Every session runs the gambit from meticulous aiming and stalking to screaming across the sky desperate for one more zone, and it will leave you shaking after a good run. It can be rough around the edges, but the jank is unobtrusive and at times, even charming. While Sleeper Games has moved on to bigger and better projects, and I would heartily recommend them as well, HDogs will always hold a special place in my heart.
I AM A DOG OF WAR Hyperspace Dogfights shows that bigger and more popular does not equal better by being one of the most fun, unique and well designed roguelikes ive played in a very long time, everything down to the sound design and upgrade choice are nigh-perfect and i only yearn for more. Praying for a DLC, Sequel, Spiritual Successor or just anything thats more Hyperspace Dogfights in the future.
