About
Hell is Us is a 3rd-person action-adventure game that combines intense melee combat with the thrill of exploration. Explore a semi-open world to find answers to your questions and face mysterious creatures all along your journey.
As well as the civil war dividing the country, the region is suffering from a mysterious calamity, which has given rise to supernatural creatures that no modern weapon can defeat. Your drone and sword from a different age are your faithful allies as you cut a path through lands infested with terrifying chimeras and try to unravel the mystery of their appearance.
No map, no compass, no quest markers: following your instincts is part of the adventure. Enjoy a unique experience that uses innovative writing and level design to let you make your own decisions and follow your instincts as you explore. Your discoveries are yours alone.
Swords, spears and axes: a wide range of weapons forged specially for fighting these supernatural creatures is available. You will need to learn how to fight these monsters and use your drone wisely to stay alive.
''The central theme of Hell is Us is that human violence is a perpetual cycle fueled by human emotions and passions.'' – Jonathan Jacques-Belletête, Creative Director

Cool game, I loved solving the puzzles.
Overall the game is good, the mechanics etc... enemies are all the same but that is normal for this kind of game. But having to remember everything and not having a map for me is just no go. If it was a little bit more guided experience I would love to finish the game.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really liked this one, first game I've actually finished in a while. Looks great, has kind of a creepy vibe, although it's not scary. Definitely recommend having a notepad handy to keep track of some of the puzzles, Good Deeds, and Mysteries.
definetely not perfect, still enjoyed my time.
Pro: -graphics - music - gameplay - voice acting - no handholding at all, the game trusts you to have a brain - story Cons: - lack of enemy variety - ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ publisher overall a 9/10 from me, a fantastic game that deserves your attention
It's fun, you need to get engaged if you like to figure out things yourself One bad thing is that, if you leave the game for some time you probably will need to start over. No performance issues, Gameplay smooth.
Overall, I would say this game is pretty good. The game explores the horrors, sorrows, and harsh realities of war. Pros: It uses NPC interactions to showcase different perspectives on the central conflict, and honestly, this is probably where it shines brightest. Combat is forgiving compared to many souls-like games (if you enjoy souls games, I recommend playing on the hardest difficulty or you may not feel challenged). Deaths are not really punished. The puzzles are interesting. Some require serious thought and attention. Cons: Combat can feel incredibly simplistic, with each of the 4 weapon types having only one combo string. The game remedies this a little bit by providing you with a bunch of customizable skills to use. Despite the enemies looking like Nobodies from KH2, they lack their diversity. The game has about 8 different enemies that gain better move sets as the game progresses. The game makes it unnecessarily difficult to re-navigate the environment. If you stumble across a locked chest early on, be prepared for a headache trying to relocate it hours later once you have the key (this is more applicable to completionists). Conclusion: Really enjoyable game. I don't imagine the game has much replayability, but it does have a compelling story
