We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

I played this game when it came out back in 2009. First, I was disappointed because I thought that it was going to be a first-person shooter like the others in the series. But after playing it for a while and getting used to its mechanics, it became my favorite game. Now I have the opportunity to play it on PC and I am having a lot fun with it. It is still my favorite game.
Got the game for $8. Got a trading card worth $15. Stonks. Oh yeah it was pretty fun when I played it on Xbox back in the day never got back into it this time around but it was fun.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

WE WANT HALO WARS 2 ON STEAM !!!
Forge is Down! Forge is Back Up! Forge is Down! Forge is Back Up!
Halo Wars: Definitive Edition I feel like i don't have to say much outside of your buying a slightly improved product that doesn't have backwards compatibility with other versions of Halo wars. The game looks slightly nicer the performance was as expected, the overall gameplay is still the same amazing halo wars esq beatem up. The campaign definitely has aged well still offering a challenge for new and old players alike. I cant speak to the multiplayer scene haven't done pvp outside of AI skirmishes. Overall verdict: buy on sale, is not compatible with older versions can only play with others who own this specific version of the game.
Love halo, Love RTS games, and this a really nice blend of the two. this game is perfectly done and I wish there were more players on it (don't know why 343 put their name on it when they didn't make ts lmao). I hope HW2 comes to steam
This game is good enough and unique in that it's an RTS playable on a gamepad. The story is simple, a side story in the Halo lore, unsure if it's technically canon, not that it really matters, as canon's a mess after Halo 1/2/3/ODTS/Reach. For an RTS, there's minimal base building. There are locations where a base can be built and then those bases can be upgraded for additional resource income, upgrade research, and unlock different units. You can build a turret on all 4 corners of the base of minimal effectiveness. The units often have special abilities, with the spartans being able to commandeer vehicles (including enemy vehicles) as a nod to being able to hijack enemy vehicles in the Halo games. It's also one of the biggest fumbles in gaming history. Imagine how good this could have been as an RTS/FPS hybrid. Multiplayer: 5v5, 1 player on each team is the commander, creating and commanding units. The other 4 players play as spartans or elites in FPS mode. So much possibility, all flushed away needlessly. A good game, definitely not nearly as good as it could have been, but not bad either. 7 out of 10 rating (good but not great)
local units ALL UNITS!
Halo Wars: Definitive Edition
