Half-Life

If im being honest the game is fun, even with how old it is. Half life has fun weapons, game mechanics, enemy ai ,puzzles, ect. BUT sometimes i get vary lost on where to go and what to do.The levels are a blast till you get to the end of the game. When i first started playing it was fun but after the last 2 levels i was glad it was over. I'll give it a 7/10

I didn't know what to fully expect because I just wanted to play this game so I could play Half Life 2, but WOW this game was much more deep and intriguing then what I thought it would be like. The first few chapters are very surprising and some of the chapters in this game have amazing combat. Speaking of the combat, it wasn't like your typical guns a'blaze. There was a lot of stealth involved and planning your attacks with the huge arsenal at your disposal. The objectives were fun and in some parts the game was VERY chaotic in a good way. If you don't like sensory overload, this game is not for you (but what do you expect in an FPS) The music wasn't anything special and the plot is fairly simple but yes this game is worth it. The only downside is that the second-to-last chapter is a bit tedious and the final boss felt a bit underwhelming but other than that it's a great game. 8.5/10.
