Half-Life: Blue Shift

The second expansion I've completed. It's less dark than Opposing Force, but at least it has a positive ending. Excellent Half-Life series with alternative developments within the same timeline. I will definitely replay it someday.

good game. short but good and almost 0 bugs or anything... ~9/10

A very entertaining game with very few boring moments. I really enjoyed experiencing the disaster from a different perspective, and it really feels like you're working there. Just a little better than Opposing Force, would recommend

Joguei pela primeira vez há muitos anos, logo após ter jogado o Half-Life em si, e resolvi rejogá-lo hoje. É uma DLC bem curtinha, mas interessante, e se encaixa bem na lore do jogo original, mesmo que ela não seja canônica, eu acho. A ideia é muito boa, e a abordagem de mostrar um outro ponto de vista da 'resonance cascade' foi interessante e bem executada. Recomendo para quem jogou o Half-Life 1, é apenas mais conteúdo com bastante outros pontos de vista e referência a outras coisas da história do jogo.

i think it is pretty good! honestly the difficult was much more fair than opposing force. as good as the main game i'd say. its a little short but that's okay with me.

A great expansion to the original Half-Life. Reaches some of the same highs as Opposing Force, but lacking in original weapons and enemies. The story and NPC interactions are prototypical of Half-Life 2 and the new areas of the facility as well as the new characters make it well worth the time.

Aquele tipo de jogo perfeito para revisitar o universo do primeiro Half-Life com uma boa dose de nostalgia (claro, se for jogar nos dias atuais), parecendo até uma versão resumida: chegada à instalação, o caos, tiroteio para todos os lados e procurando uma rota para fugir. No quesito história, ela até agrada e consegue agregar um pouco ao universo, mas por ser um jogo de curta duração, acaba não tendo tempo para desenvolver melhor os acontecimentos, porém é legal ver novas perspectivas, como também encontrar algumas referências a personagens da saga. O jogo não traz grandes inovações, mas entrega uma experiência divertida e bem amarrada ao universo da série.
