Half-Life: Source

Half-Life Source is simply a poorly put together port that is quite disrespectful to the original game and the developers. It's still fun, of course, and more than enjoyable, but I do feel pretty bad for anyone who thought this was the actual game. The list of issues goes on for a while. Objects are always floating. The high-quality water and lighting effects look uncanny in contrast with the geometry and textures. Everything is weirdly glossy, specially the weapons. The "tongues" of the Barnacles are all invisible. There are frequent issues with the skybox in chapters set outside of Black Mesa. Even my favorite set piece was ruined and looked like ass! This is only worth your time if you are already a fan and want to see a bad version of Half-Life for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles.

Only buy this game if you want to mount Half-Life 1 Assets to GMod.

this is the worst game in history, not because its a bad port, noooo no no no, because it wont even let me play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, just sits me at a loading screen and never opens, the valve intro plays like normal, loading screen, that's it, no wonder people hate this, and I really only got it for Gmod, so ♥♥♥♥ hls, only get it for Gmod or for modding hl1, if your not doing either just get normal half life or just get a refund

Half-Life: Source with source engine in it little bit better graphics physics and water more have more details.

Solo diré tres puntos, que considero importantes: - De alguna manera, el juego se ve visualmente mejor, sin embargo, hay mecánicas algo guarras... - De alguna manera, el salto fue mi perdición. - Usa la crowbar en la maldita cabeza del marciano ese... Aún así, te quiero mucho G-man. Nunca cambies.

This game is great* but if you are like a look and think person and think it's bad, that's ok. The game itself, good idea. What came out, was fine. Now, I am not saying the game is bad, I am saying it could still be better. Still great game, and you should buy it, *just don't introduce the series with this game. My suggestions on what games you should play is this order: HL1, HL1: Source, HL2, HL2:LC, HL2:E1, HL2:E2, HLA. Or put HLA in between HL1: Source and HL2. Really good game.

Ну если вы не хотите чинить игру, добавьте хотя бы Workshop

ADVERTENCIA Este juego es una experiencia muy peculiar por esta rotisima, por los bugs de modelos, ia, etc. Asi que se buscas algo serio este juego no es para ti, para eso juega al Half-life Original o Black mesa. Pero eso no quiere decir que no sea divertido probarlo, si te gusta lo absurdos que son los juegos Source como el gmod o tener como colección lo recomiendo.
