And here comes the moment: today we have beaten the game. main, secondary, overload of all levels. I don't even know what to say because by describing it as a journey through hell, getting lost in rundown labyrinths with abominations and having to die again and again and again and again ad-fcking-nauseum is just not doing it justice. it's grit, experience, observation, trial and error, failing better each time so you finally succeed and here we are with a 0.2% rare achievement of this triumphant dopamine spike of telling the game to shove it up its arse by winning--how I want to do the same in life. I like the atmosphere, the enemy types, multiverse references, brutalist architecture, etc. the bots suck but you can fix a lot of the problem with mods. you need at least one very patient friend or acquaintance to play with. it's tactical, stealthy hell, and the horror for me lies in hoping my wifi doesn't go out (it did) at a crucial moment (it did). someone needs to make a "I beat GTFO and all I got was this lousy T-shirt" print, because all you get is just cosmetics in the game and cool colors to your armor....so, give me a tee.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Jumping from L4D2/DRG to this game was like replacing my reliance on caffeine with pure Colombian coke. I just can't stop thinking about it
GTFO is four idiots whispering in the dark until one moron opens a door and releases the entire population of Hell. I uninstalled it to calm down, then reinstalled it because apparently I hate peace.
Rage loop. I don't have a problem with hard games. Some of the most fun games I've played are difficult because they make you fail, learn, and eventually improve. That feeling of "I was so close, let me try again" is what keeps people coming back. GTFO doesn't really give me that feeling. Instead, it puts you into a rage loop. You spend a long time preparing, sneak around carefully, make one mistake, and suddenly everything falls apart. Then you restart and do it all over again, except now you're still not sure what you were supposed to do differently. The game feels like it expects you to already know everything. Enemy behavior, weapon choices, when to fight, when to run, how to coordinate with your team, all of it feels like knowledge you're supposed to have before you even start playing. I get that GTFO is meant to be brutal, and I know some people enjoy that kind of challenge. But there's a difference between a game being hard and a game constantly beating you down without giving you a satisfying way to improve. Games like Geometry Dash can make you fail hundreds of times, but every attempt feels like you're getting closer. GTFO often feels like you're just repeating the same failure until you either get lucky or someone experienced carries you through it, which isn't likely because the matchmaking system is also horrible and you need 15 minutes to find a lobby with people willing to play your level, just for them to leave. Maybe it's great if you have a full group of friends who already know the game, but for new players it feels less like overcoming a challenge and more like being thrown into a wall over and over again.
Is a masterpiece in the first 50 hours. But then you start feeling the weakness of your flesh and the limits of the human body. And after another 50 hours you finally understand: the devs accidentally forgot to playtest the level. 10/10 would fail at their next game again
GTFO has everything I thought I wanted. A high stakes teamwork based stealth-horror-shooter with an emphasis on not making a single mistake. The game is extremely difficult. Missions can take an hour or more. Death normally means complete restart. So why am I giving it a negative review? Well, first of all, I can't find a game. I've tried every setting to no avail. Literally hours looking for matches - nothing. Okay, no worries, I said, there's AI teammates. Oh. I say without exaggeration that this is the worst AI I have ever seen in any game in probably 20 years. I have lost just as many games to the AI as I have to my own mistakes. God forbid you put a turret down, they will do everything in their power to stand in its line of fire. They will turn what was a minor ♥♥♥♥♥♥ on a stealth kill and pull their gun – alerting every enemy within earshot and turning it into a firefight. You cannot coordinate with them to do simultaneous kills – actually, the AI can’t take the initiative at all when it comes to stealthily clearing the room. While you pick off the enemies one by one they will be using your valuable resources to open boxes that could be opened once the room is secure. The AI is so bad that if you close a door while they are pathing towards you, they will get stuck until you go back and open the door for them, like a cat who considers themselves too good for the catflap. They will get stuck in walls, but at the same time I have seen them fly through the air when I have sprinted too far away from them. They can’t seem to properly organise themselves to stand in the security checkpoints during critical moments, often doubling up or just straight up not even trying to progress. They will try to shoot enemies through walls. Wait a moment, all 3 of them just walked into melee range of a 12 foot tall monster and all got downed. Why? I don’t know. That’s the best way to describe the AI. I just don’t know what the ♥♥♥♥ it’s doing. If the game is meant to be co-op but is unplayable with the AI, then it isn’t co-op. Good luck as a working adult finding 3 friends (or 3 strangers via the discord) who share an interest in the game and want to sit down for an hour and a half minimum. At the time of this review, 12 hours, I have completed I think the first 4 missions. I’ve died to my own mistakes maybe 5 or 6 times in that. But considering the AI, and the fact that you have to micromanage them in the heat of combat with an awkward UI, I think I’ve done okay. The game, however, is otherwise pretty great. There are often multiple paths to your objective, I like that you mostly have to find your own way to it and interact with terminals if you want to find the code to the room you want, I like the holdout sections that makes me feel like I'm in a scene from Aliens. Melee weapons appear to be mostly reskins, but your tools and your other weapons have a decent variety of usefulness. I do like that the game is dark, forcing you to fumble around and often into enemies, but so much of the game is dark and foggy. This isn’t a problem because the enemies glow and make noises when you are messing up the game of red-light-green-light, but I can’t help but say: “I wish I could see something.” Because the environments are nice to look at. I know I’ve basically scratched the surface, but it’s not from lack of trying, it’s because the game’s activity, much like the AI, is indistinguishable from being clinically dead.
Parecido al Killin Floor 2, pero totalmente opuesto JUEGUEN SOLO SI TIENEN 3 AMIGOS MAS Y NINGUNO DE ELLOS SE LLAMA AGUSTIN
