About
World War Z is a heart-pounding co-op third-person shooter for up to 4 players featuring swarms of hundreds of zombies that has now captivated over 25 million players. Based on the Paramount Pictures film, World War Z focuses on fast-paced gameplay while exploring new storylines from around the world.
Humanity is on the brink of extinction. From New York to Moscow to Japan and Jerusalem, the undead apocalypse continues to spread. As the end looms, a hardened few band together to defeat the horde and outlive the dead.
Battle swarms of hundreds of zombies
The Swarm Engine™ seamlessly renders hordes of zombies in incredible firefights. Advanced gore systems offer gruesomely satisfying action. In-game Zombie Hordes behave like real crowds, getting stuck in narrow corridors and climbing on top of each other to reach players on higher levels. Hordes become increasingly more difficult to defeat and behave like single entity bosses as players progress through the game.

Choose Your Class

PVPVZ

Mechanically passable game with "ongoing support" in form of unimaginative weapon "skin" DLCs and leveling mechanics straight out of the worst free-to-play grinder. Everything costs virtual currency. Pay to get class perks, pay to get weapon levels, pay to get weapon perks that you unlocked by grinding AND paying for levels, "prestige" class costs an atrocious amount of currency and simply forces you to grind and PAY once again for all the perks you have already payed for. You can grind by the most efficient moneymaking guide and still not be able to afford all the things you have to pay for. Every second of dealing with the leveling system feels like you're about to receive a popup that offers you to cough up real money to skip this grinding hell, but... there is no such thing. They don't even ask you for your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ money, they just force you to grind virtual currency like crazy for the love of the game (and for activity metrics, I guess). I got ONE prestige rank. Aside from grinding 30 levels of the class itself it costs 7500 yellow coins to "buy" the prestige, plus the coins that were spent on class perks along the way. What did I get for it? One new perk that is very much not worth that much effort. Also all my perks weren't just locked for more grinding, no, I have to pay for them all AGAIN. Your chances of naturally getting those 7k coins while having fun in normal campaign are ZERO - after every mission the screen will greet you with more perks and weapon level ups to buy. And you will need those perks to actually have some kind of functionality for your class. And you will need those level ups for your guns to feel better. Also somewhere along the way to level 5 every levelable gun unlocks a silencer. Every one, even the four-barreled shotgun, only grenade launcher is exempt. It sounds and looks like nonsense, until you learn that on high difficulty your chances are highly dependent on not attracting attention in the first minutes of the map. In summary - do NOT take this game seriously. Pick low difficulties and don't touch those mutators and challenges. If you wanna play with friends or just have some zombie shooting campaign for the evening - this game will do fine. But if you make the mistake of engaging with its progression mechanics, it will throw you into a cycle of tedium like no other.
Purchased on PS4 when it came out in 2019, transferred progress to PS5 (Max Level 999) in 2023. Then I sold my PS5 junk & started all over again on PC recently (Level 845). I truly love this game despite some flaws... -The Good Game features fast zombie swarms that pyramid just like in the movie. The Horde Modes are a lot of fun and late rounds produce thousands of zombies on screen simultaneously. No other game to date has used this swarm mechanic. Wanna slow it down? The Walking Dead Mode has slow zombies so this game covers both fast and slow zeds that require different strategies. Main missions/story quests take you all over the world and include different characters accordingly. -The Bad STOP STRAFING!!!! THIS ISN'T COD. ZOMBIES ARE NOT SHOOTING AT YOU!!!!!! Most players have zero situational awareness. They run up to choke point gates in fatal funnels blocking everyone's line of sight and get friendly fired and blame you. A lot of new players on PC have just downloaded a Level 999 save file. Their playstyle shows this. You can see them strafing back & forth instead of aiming. Friendly fire is severe in this game. Instead of sticking to the sides of the map and crouching/standing still they run all around like a headless chicken then get mad at you for shooting them. The fatigue is real. Sometimes you encounter toxic players or tryhards but you can just block them in the game and you'll never see them again. I have blocked so many people for strafing, high ping or toxicity. I don't care if people are bad at the game as long as they try to understand it, I will pick them up every time. But when they shoot their teammates indiscriminately they become zed food and belong to the streets.
I was so glad to buy it cause I got it for free once. I gullibely thought all dlcs were included in aftermath. But that was pretty obvious : no. It's everything or nothing for me. As long as the campaign is short, well hey, it would be Amazing to have a " gold " expansion to have all dlcs.......... i guess. Times are harsh you know. Refund, sorry.
O JOGO PRECISA DE EXPANSAO PRA MIRAR EM PRIMEIRA PESSOA KKKKKKKKKKK VAI TNC
就是一坨狗屎。 服务器脆的跟密码的几把一样,联机关键时刻失去连接,bug也不修,让人换两回子弹,连续好几把开局莫名其妙是死亡状态,不会做游戏就别尼玛做
Israeli ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Get the ♥♥♥♥ away from me, with this propaganda. Zionist's long controlled the world and media. I want to be specific, ZIONISTS. Not jewish people. People who think one party of people is better than another. This game, just like the film, has so much pro-zionist ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Don't give them anymore of your money, I'm sure your politicians are giving them enough. Also the gunplay in this is god awful and utterly boring. It's like third person back4blood. I wouldn't buy it if it were free.
Неплохая игрушка
O jogo até que é legal, mas só nas primeiras horas, depois ele fica meio repetitivo
