Gravity Ghost

Such a cute game with great music! It's a little dizzying at times, but it's easy to put down and pick it back up later. I do struggle with the controls from time to time, but it does bring an extra challenge to the game.

Beautiful game with fun chill gameplay with clever movement. Fantastic if you love shorter games on the relaxing side to unwind. You can feel the love that went into the art, and story every step of the way and the soundtrack just seals the deal. They really nailed the mood on this whole experience.

Going into this I knew I'd love the story, but I wasn't expecting to enjoy actually playing the game as much as I did. I'm not much of a platformer person at all, but in this case the style of gameplay is quite unique and as a result I actually found it really fun. The graphics and music are also incredibly pretty and relaxing. I won't touch on the story much, partially because others have already gone into it quite thoroughly, but also to avoid spoilers, and keep this review from taking up half your life- but I do love this sort of scattered storyline and think it works very well. The buildup is nice and holds your attention well, and when you eventually get there it's as emotional and compelling as you'd expect. Overall this is just remarkably, and at times, surprisingly, good. It's a gorgeous game that follows some important themes on loss and grief, which is explored in a unique and fun way, and I would say it's well worth the money. It's very special to me and likely always will be. Frankly I have spent hours thinking about this game and could talk about it for just as long, but I'll leave it here for now.

This was awesome. It's not only an engaging yet relaxing platformer with unique mechanics Mario Galaxy doesn't even have, but it also has a great story. Not only that, but it seems you get two copies when you buy it. The only downside is that 100% is very, very difficult because the last achievement asks you to beat the game in 50 minutes, something that takes near-perfect precision and a lot of time to learn the route. Either way, underrated doesn't come close to describing this. Please play this game. However, a quick disclaimer: the PS4 version has extra levels. If you want the best experience, choose that one.

This has been one of my favorite games for a long time, for years before I got it, to the point where I contemplated practicing speedrunning it. I love puzzle games, I love emotional storytelling, I love piecing together stories rather than having them handed to me, and I love symbolism and metaphors, so this is a perfect game for me. I also love foxes, but I don't know if that was before or after first seeing this game as a kid. I'm definitely going to replay this game soon, it's just so good. It's short, but it's sweet. It's definitely worth the 15 dollars if you're anything like me.
