awesome graphics and awesome gameplay physics
Reached level 69 on day 1, great game and that's just the multiplayer! Can't wait for the co-op story, horde, and whatever escape is. Got this just in time for E-Day too!!
Just don't bother. While the game is well-optimized with abundant graphical settings, and has some clever mechanics that improve on the Gears of War formula, It is an absolute MESS. The game's experience has Inconsistent vibes, a story that seems like it was made to insult you and make you feel bad, and bugs galore. I will give the game a bit more credit for having updates, bots for offline/custom multiplayer modes and some neat references to past games. But every time I play this game it gets me hooked for a few hours and then something will happen like a game-breaking bug, crappy level design, horrendous pacing, and requiring me to plug in my bluetooth headphones. (stop creeping on people micro$oft, why do you need to listen to people sweating?) There is potential, and I hope "The Coalition" learned from their mistakes in this game before they made 'E-day'. But after giving this game 2 chances and more hours than it deserves, I simply CAN NOT recommend it unless you buy it for less than $5. And for what it's worth, Gears 1 is one of my all-time favorite games. In fact, if you're really itching for a Gears experience on PC then I say go for the reloaded version, but even then only on sale as well.
despite all the negative stuff, tried giving the game a chance and it was still really mediocre.
В шестеренках все так же топово разносить на мясо саранчу, с такой сочной графикой, которая все еще переплевывает современные проекты
full of bugs. crashes when playing cutscenes
3. bölümdeki bug yüzünden oyunu oynayamadım. İlk defa soruınu çözülmeyen bir bug yüzünden oyunu yarıda bırakıp sildim. Oyun çıkalı kaç yıl olmuş hala çözememişler. Tam rezillik. Hatta rezil ötesi.
el mejor juego del mundo
Been on a huge Gears nostalgia trip lately in the run-up to E-Day and figured I'd finally pick this one up on Steam after playing a ton via Game Pass years ago. Aside from being bombarded with 90+ achievements on launch from my Game Pass days everything else has been smooth sailing! The game looks and runs beautifully at 120FPS with only the tiniest of hitches every now and then when loading larger sections. Say what you will about the Coalition's writing in terms of the overarching narrative and the less memorable soundtrack compared to the original trilogy, what they do get right is the gunplay and game-feel. I can put any minor gripes I have with the plot aside when the shooting feels as good as it does, especially on mouse & keyboard.
