Not a bad (VERY SLOW) walking sim, but patching in the ability to run would be a major plus for future players. Lots to look at, not much to interact with. Probably worth the asking price if you're looking for something quick and creepy. FULL PLAYTHROUGH: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RccAeV7Bm5Y
Frightence is a bone-chilling horror game that excels in immersive storytelling, stunning visuals, and intense gameplay with short but good story. it was terrifying journey through a crazy apartment filled with intense and surprises. A must-play for horror fans. 🔥👻

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Frightence really short, can be completed under an hour but the jumpscares were really worth it and the sound was great! There are several unique characters in this crazy apartment. There should be a second part I hope. Also, please devs, add running option in the next game:)
This game has a ton of issues that make the experience not fun. 1. Changing the Mouse sensitivity in game doesn't work. 2. The music volume of the game can't be turned off even if both the master volume and music volume are is set to 0. 3. The option for subtitles doesn't work. It is on be default but dose nothing. 4. Walking speed is a tad to slow. Walked to the wrong floor first and had to travel back at snail speed. 5. Going into the menu doesn't pause the game. 6. I got soft locked in a bathroom. ----------- I lost interested in the game when the soft locked happen. I was already getting annoyed with the settings not working right and my character being very slow. I really didn't want to walk to that section again so I quit after that.
The game seemed incredibly rushed. Handful of menu settings don't work, the game reuses most assets, and there is a substantial amount of clipping. There is also a soft-lock when entering a room; the door closes and you're unable to go out, forcing you to quit and redo an entire chapter. Would redoing a chapter be that bad? No, under most circumstances. But Frightence decided that your walking speed should be the same as a snail. They even reference this in the achievement by saying "Why this fella walking so slow?" but still concluded that the speed was perfectly fine. Game is just not enjoyable. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere.
I enjoyed it, had me on edge for most of the game. Cant wait for the second part. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=48xkuD-nahg&t=144s
ngl this game’s kinda hilarious for a horror, like it shouldn’t be that funny but it is. the “17 apartment” storyline’s lowkey creepy tho, and the characters are actually pretty solid. not a super long game, you can speedrun it in one sitting if you don’t chicken out lol. overall, solid vibes
Devs forgive me for this play-through https://youtu.be/8tWNMvC8Ta0?si=RISqp6xA9ayrw8yY
Good game , could be very spooky , There are some aspects that can be improved specially walking speed or run option and walking animation has too much shaking.
