Freedom Force

It's a fun game which did a great job of capturing the classic comic book look and feel in an action game. Character design is perfect.

80/100 By chance I discovered this duology and bought it immediately, and I don't even like RTS. I like the superhero cheesiness of this style, the art, the suits, the music, the dialogues, mix of golden and silver age comics and a cheap price for both games. Runs well without third party programs like nglide or internal files changes, at least for now. IT'S SO GOOD!!! The real problem: It's buggy. Campaign bugs are minimal, but he biggest one, the mouse bug that destroys character mobility but right now there is an updated fix for this bug in the forum. I know this game is now just abandonware, but give it a chance, either here or in GOG. Before the fix, I had to open and close the game multiple times during 15 minutes or more until the mouse worked properly, this made me too lazy to play again for 6 months, now I can finally finish it.

Игра детства, которая лучше бы осталась в детстве. Ну просто нереальная душка, особенно во второй половине игры. Хилок в игре с гулькин ♥♥♥, количество промахов, особенно у аоешек какое то запредельное(8 подряд мисов кислотной бомбой, ок да?), поднять упавших даже с хилкой - нельзя. Весьма редко дропаю игры, но тут дальше Механиста меня просто не хватило.

icant fix the first game

While this game has great nostagia and is super fun, the controls are so bad that I can<t in good conscience tell modern gamers to buy it.

boring point and click adventure game... load of crap

Does not work on modern systems. Could not find a fix online and sounds like this is a common issue. Game starts but is somehow unplayable, character doesn't follow instructions etc. Apparently there's an .exe file you can download to get it to work but honestly this game doesn't seem worth the risk of downloading random .exe files.
