Played on Index: Loved this to bits. Very immersing, chilled gameplay. I want more please :)
I've played just the first chapter of it so far, and it has me entirely captured now. The system is simple, and doesn't push VR to the limit, but it doesn't have to. It works very well on my Oculus Rift S, though I do wish I could hear the audio in the alley in the background while listening to the audio of the apartment I'm watching. Engaging experience, able to played seated, standing, or using a monitor. And for the price, with solid voice acting, I'd say pick it up!
I really liked this game and I thought it had a few strong points. Primarily, the voice actors and the motives for the characters were well thought out and added a layer of depth to the game which many AAA games lack. The concept of the game, the different windows and selectively learning information, was something that I had never seen before. My one improvement would be to add a function that (when not in VR) allows you to put the phone down when you are on a phone call. Past that I had a great experience!
Played it in VR, on the index. It's a decent game / visual novel. The Voice acting is excellent. Graphics are OK. Design is very good. The Gameplay mechanics on VR are quite refreshing although limited. What I did not really appreciate is the story, calling this neo-Hitchock is an overstatement. It has little in regard of the subtlety or originality. Overall, for me it was worth the price.
two big thumbs up - this sort of experience alone is worth getting VR hardware. This is a rare case when we would like a title to be longer. Hopefully this will sell enough to warrant a sequel
Played first two episodes and enjoying it so far. Very moody vibe - love Rear Window so was excited to check it out. Would be cool to try it in VR, but enjoying my playthrough with mouse and keyboard. From an interactivity standpoint, its pretty minimal - but feels like a blend of theatre and game - an interesting experience and worth checking out if you like these types of projects.
very beautiful picture and fun
Allerdings insgesamt sehr kurz geraten!
