Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 2.86/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of the most intricate and well written titles in the Final Fantasy franchise, the great thing about FF is most of the time each game is radically different than the one before exceptions being the newer remakes and remasters, but this one in particular with the license point job boards and gambit system to control your other 2 wandering party members, this is the first one to feel like an open world almost MMO type feel because when setup properly a party can just cruise thru a dungeon or across the desert taking on any enemy foolish enough to come near them. This has probably the most customization options of any FF title, and thats a tough spot to hold.
my furry friend said this is good i agree
Very good game, story is meh, the last 2 optionnal bosses are a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pain in the ass. I gave up fighting them. Otherwise, I strongly recommend playing it. You won't regret it.
It's Final Fantasy, is there really anything NOT to like about these games?? <3
At first I though of not recommending this game, because just to start the game, you have to: 1: Downscale the resolution to at max 1920x1080. Even if the configuration has a default of higher. 2: You gotta keep the framerate on 30fps. 3: You also have to keep Vsync on. 4: You can not have ANY mods or anything that changes anything in the game. 5: Verify the file integrity of the files. 6: Make to clear your download cache. 7: Make esure your graphics drivers are up to date. 8: Make sure you do NOT have many Hidden apps open on your PC/laptop while trying to boot up the game. 9: For some people you have to run the .exe file of the game as an administrator. 10: Also for some people you also have to disable fullscreen modifications. 11: And sometimes you even need to restart your whole PC to get it to boot up. And than after having done ALL that. You gotta HOPE and pray the game doesn't crash, while it flipping boots up. (Though it will likely freeze on a white screen for a few seconds. This is okay. It will soon go to a black screen before going to the title screen). However, once it has booted up (and you actually have started the game. Do NOT change your settings when you start a new game. Change your settings AFTER having started it!!!) and you are playing the game. (Yes, I have been playing with some mods), but once the game is running and you do not change the actual settings of the game's visuals and stuff like that, the game is great! (Mods that increase the difficulty/ups the challenge, do not result in crashes (usually).) ------- All that said: This game is very different from your usual FF game. Mostly because you do NOT get gil (the currency of all Final Fantasy games) from defeating enemies, you have to be a lot more strategic in this game. So do take that in mind. ---- Now let's talk about something very important in this game: The Licence boards!! The Licence boards are similar to the Sphere Grid of FFX. However, instead of one massive grid, partitioned off by locks that can be opened. Each Licence board is a board of it's own. That board is your representation of your "role" in teh party and will have all the techniques and magic spells associated with that role. Each characters starts off by selecting 1 licence board, and for a long time you will only be able to learn and gain the spells and techniques on that licence board. (you will be able to at least choose 1 more licence board at a later date). A licence board does not exclussively have spells & techniques however. It also has: -Nodes with stat enhancements (mostly nodes that enhances your HP; or strengthens your physical attacks or magical power. Or even ones that give you passive abilities, to regain MP when you defeat an enemy or when you get damaged, etc.) -Nodes that enhances certain item usage (enhancing the healing effects of Potions [HP], Ethers [MP], phoenix downs [reviving items], or remedies [status healing items]). -A licence board also features "licences" for equipment. Weapon licences; Armour Licences and Accessory licences. You will need to unlock all of those to be able to equip better equipment for your characters. To unlock all those nodes and learn all teh spells & techniques and get the stat increases, etc. You will have to spend LP (Licence Points). You get those from defeating enemies. The stronger the foe, the more LP you earn. Espers [the Summons]: Later in the game you also gain Espers [the summons of this game]. However it must be stated that these Espers are NOT the same summons as you are used too in other FF games as they did away with the standard FF summons in this game (so no bahamut, or Ifrit, or Shiva, etc). These summons will be slotted into a player's licence board. However, do keep in mind that only 1 player can equip a particular Esper. So you have to really think on who you want to give the Esper too. They will be permanently put on that player's licenceboard and can NOT be removed. ---- The battle system. All battles are in real time and on teh overmap. You shall NOT be put in a seperate battle map. And it is NOT turn based. You have to press the interact button to open the battle menu (time WILL freeze while you are in the menu). Each action you do had a particular time. indicated by a bar that fills up. When the bar is completely filled, the player will do the action you have selected. However, the opponent can and will still move and attack you during that charging time, and your character still have movement it can make during the charging (and will hold the action if you stray out of range until you are back in range). Also keep in mind that any healing is also done through the battle menu. You can NOT go to your inventory in the main menu to select a potion to use it. Battle system Gambits. The player usually only controls the leader character of the party (a party can only consist of 3 party members). The other partymembers are usually controlled by Gambits. Gambits are specific automatic actions that a player can set. Like: -When a character has less then 70% of it's HP left, the player with that gambit will automatically use a potion on that character as their action. -Or when an enemy is weak against a particular element, the character will use a spell of that element on that enemy. -etc. These gambits can however be turned off in the Gambit menu. When turned off, it will allow the player to basically control the character as they wish, by opening up the battle menu and pressing left or right on the d-pad. ---- Hunts: There are also hunts you can do. Which will increase your clan reputation and that opens up even more hunts. Sometimes the rewards of these hunts can give you a LOt of good and rare items or equipment. To take hunts, you have to go to the bars and look on the notice board to take the bill to the hunt. Than you have to talk to the requester for the details, and than you can go and hunt down your target. A tip for the 1st hunt however. Do make sure you do not 1-shot the 1s hunt target. Because it has an animation that plays when it has been damaged, and when it is dead. The game will freeze on a black screen... ----- I do not really know what more to say, really. The game is much more complicated than a normal FF games, but if you want a nice challenge. Than this game is definitely for you. The story is awesome and one of the best in the franchise. And the gameplay is very challenging but rewarding as well. I played this game when it first came out (the OG version on the PS2), and even though I could not finish the game back than. I am very much looking forward to finishing it now. <3
Um clássico o melhor FF para mim!!!
