Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Somehow more boring than FF16 if it's even possible
- Modo Time Attack/Trial: O jogo suporta modos e desafios adicionais que aumentam a vida útil. Nota: 9/10.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 4.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 2.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Lo mejor
It's okay, not the best. After a while it started crashing and I needed to install FF12 tkMalloc fix from Nexus Mods. Art, music and FMV pretty epic. Story is so so, and the antagonist is blant. A lot of locations to discover which is nice if you like exploring, but way too much walking. Glad there is a speed multiplier which makes it more bearable. I was often walking the wrong direction, had to open the map to check which way to go a lot. Cool mix between turn based and real time combat, but the automation of actions with gambits are a hit and miss. Too often it doesn't work as expected. For example if an enemy is immune to a spell and your character keeps spamming it. Feels a bit unbalanced. No tracking of side quests, except for the hunts which are fun to do. Still a good game if you can live with the short comings.
I can summarize my thoughts on this game as follows: as the ending cutscene was playing, instead of sitting and watching, I chose to get up and feed my cats. I just wish I enjoyed this game as others, but it did not hit for me. I appreciate Square Enix's work here, but a dull cast of characters, middling plot and a tedious and frustrating gameplay really made this somewhat of a chore to play. If I wasn't doing a playthrough of all the mainline Final Fantasy games, I would have shelved this. I think it's a cool idea to have gambits and a rule-based ordering of directing teammates, but coming from FFX's super solid turn based combat to this frantic mix of if/else statements, I really did not find it fun. I think that it would have been better to let this system bake in the oven a little more, or reverted to a tried and tested turn based system. The characters were boring, and the aesthetic was f i n e, but everyone looked very same-y and no one aside Fran stood out. I enjoyed some of the voice acting, but Fran's voice acting stood out over the rest, it was very over the top in a great way. I feel bad speaking so ill of this game, but the music was forgettable, the aesthetic was bland and the story was flat.
game is cool, but the current version have a memory bug that crashes the game at the start up. luckly there seens to be a mod to fix it. anyways, until it is officially fixed by the company, it is a thumbs down for this one
The last of the great epics before modern Square took the series for the worse.
