I have several friends that play this game and its a ton of fun, but I just wish it was a lot more larger in scale. Still, the mix of RTS and FPS is a concept that I have always loved and I think they did a good job with this game. I really hope there will be more factions than just the three. I have not done RTS PvP yet, only FPS PvP. FPS PvP was goofy, if both Executions engage in CQB combat, you can just move side to side and the gunfight will last way too long. A good fix for this would be to lower player movement speed and add a solid sprint function that only works moving forward and not side to side. That way its actually a tight gunfight in a hallway and not dodging bullets like the matrix. Some more gadgets for Executions like a deployable cover or a barricade that could be deployed in a doorway would be cool, trip mines even. Anyway, solid game, I really hope we see some good content get added and increase the overall player count in matches.
TL:DR I love this game, more or less two games in one. Work in progress still, I am running it on a high spec PC - lower end may struggle. Great to play with friends in a CO-OP, tutorial could be better. I have been a big fan of RTS since Shogun Total War, and only a few games have given me a real wow factor since then, Rome Total War, Dawn of War 1, Supreme Commander, Starcraft 2, X3, XCOM, Baulder's Gate 3, Stellar Blade. This is another for me. The fact that you can be playing the guy running the show, whilst your friend is taking a strike team onto a station or dogfighting for orbital supremacy is awesome. Also being able to drop into first person mode you can truly appreciate the scale of the game, what looks small from the tactical view is enormous from first person. The AI is decent, and will give a pretty good challenge. So far I have only played CO-OP, (which you can have three friends playing alongside you), but I can see multiplayer PvP going crazy. Cons: I have only come across a few, one I think you will need a decent GPU and RAM to run this smoothly and it could do with better optimisation . So far there is only one game mode, and no story line campaign to play through. The big one for me was the tutorial felt a bit janky, and I certainly missed a few things. But you have an escape room, with escape pod and a trap door. You can get out as a CEO (which you might need to do when you base is invaded and you have invaders trying to kill you) use an escape pod, land, just in a fighter, fly into orbit and land on a station you built and carry the fight from there. Also nukes. Overall, this is a niche game I think, but if you fit into said niche, I do believe you will quickly fall in love with it. An exceptional feat for a one man band!
fell for it again, same dumb game like the first one too many resources, too many limitations in the early game(not enough power but f k you you can only build one nuclear power plant because bs reasons), too few things in terms of contents, almost empty research tree, no campaign, no story, just skirmish against an enemy who on medium difficulty took 9 minutes to swarm my base in a giant 7 planet map.... like how the f he knew where i was? how did he build 29 ships in 9 minutes? and thats peak single player experience this garbage has to offer.....
It's very fun, and the idea seems great but unfortunately I experienced pretty bad fps on medium settings - getting down to about 20-30 fps during basically any space/ground battle in the endgame and even at the start my pc struggled to get 60fps. If it wasn't for the performance I would definitely recommend but for now I'm going to wait for some more updates before trying to play it again.
Its another "Got potential" early access game. Concept is great, execution not the best. There is no real purpose for ground wars. You can just completely bombard everything with spaceships and then send in a couple soldiers to finish the job. I think they really missed the mark with that. Also ships feel very limited, not a lot of selection and no real customization. The capturable bases feel pointless/useless. The bones of this game are good but it requires a lot of updates and work and in its current form I would say you are investing in potential and as anyone who gets a lot of early access games from smaller developers know. Its gambling
Couldn't play more than a few minutes. Definitely in the top 5 worst games I've ever played. Not even with the massive discount...75% off is it worth it. Complete boredom and jank game. Refunding so fast.....
super jeu, dommage que ce jeu ce retrouve dans les trefond de steam
Absolute worst interface of any rts I've ever played.
It's a fun game, especially on the RTS side of things. I love an RTS FPS mix, and if you catch this game on sale, I Recommend getting it. However, the graphics of the game is very lackluster, and the actual FPS, movement and guns are really janky, and feel more like an Unreal/Unity template. Ground battles are pretty bad, not much use in them, but still a fun game with friends. Look into other games like Silica (which isn't without its downsides either) or similar titles for the time being though.
Very nice concept. Gameplay seems solid, but my FPS tops at 40 at medium settings and my GPU fan works at full speed. Mind you, graphics are nice but not so great to work a 5070ti to maximum. The game badly needs optimization. I have uninstalled for now, but will keep watching for improvements on that front. Update: I have brought down my resolution to 2K from 4K, and set render scaling to 70 percent. At these settings, the FPS is quite acceptable and there isn't a noticeable impact on graphics quality.
