Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 2 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Чисто наша РоZZийская игра, про Нашего бункерного деда
打赢不重要,其实本质是陷阱折磨特工模拟器,撒旦来了都得说牛逼
It had potential, but its genuinely a horrible game. Clunky at best, lots of glitches i came across pretty quick that broke saves. Poorly designed. If they would have at least made it simple for mods, they could have been salvaged by the community. Little details shows lack of compassion for their own game, such as how they handle modes. Campaign, everything is locked, understandable. Sandbox, forced infinite money so you cant enjor normal gameplay and grow rich. "Sandbox" without control over anything, even just those simple mechanics letting players control a few important aspects of gamplay in settings could have made it a worthy game, but instead its just shallow to me. Though some may find it fun, i cant reccomend it.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 18: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I gotta say, this is the quintessential libtard demoncrat globalist world domination simulator! You get to play as the whole gang: Klaus Schwab, Stalin, Hillary Clinton, Ilhan Omar, and Greta Thunberg... These people are evil folks!
Finished the campaign and turned the entire world into gold. Wish the devs did the same with this sequel...
A worthy successor that respects the original. If you loved the first game, this feels like the perfect mix of a sequel and a polished modern remake. It keeps the soul of the classic Evil Genius while smoothing out the rough edges with much-needed Quality of Life updates.

The game is good, it is a fun base building game that you could sink some hours into. But I had this bug where you cant progress because the agents get stuck at the enterance (on a certain map) so I coulnt play any further. Keep in mind this was like a 30 hour playthrough (alltough that is just me being slow with games and not the game itself taking 30 hours to get to the endgame (I think)). So I sadly have to give the game a thumbs down is because there is just to many bugs and the game is like to some extent unplayable. Its also good to mention that the game was abandoned back in 2022, so no new content will appear and the bugs wont disapear.
While its enjoyable it has limitations on it that the orginal didnt. Mods are non existant and you are limited in how many minions you can have. After a point you cant replenish them fast enough because the "good guys" are sending too many advanced troops and traps also become ineffective due to the sheer number. Get on sale if you must don't recommend paying over $5
