As someone already said here, the game requires launchers at the start. Once you start it, it's just really buggy. I think, Tropico 4 and Windows 11 and Windows 10 doesn't work well together here unfortunately. The camera controls didn't work at all. It's not playable

A really great version of the game...I have played them all from the first one and this is the best so far!!

Последняя настоящая и поэтому лучшая игра серии. Она посвящена действительно градостроению без фантасмагорического упора на сатиру, шаржи и прочую ересь. Игра интуитивна понятна, приятна и даже порядком устаревшая графика смотрится очень достойно. Ловите мигрантов и не пускайте китайцев, компаньерос.

The last good Tropico in my opinion. The era and dynasty mechanic is weird and I don't always want to run an archipelago.

I do not know how this game flew under my radar for over 15 years but it was alot of fun. I got 100h from a single map. Sadly it is showing its age. The UI is extremly clunky and barebones. Due to engine limitations it has hard caps like a cap on population of 3000 or so. There is zero management tools for imports and exports, your industry just does what it wants without you being able to have any insights. All in all it has alot of gameplay features and especially the 60s-80s soviet feeling I was missing in games like Workers and Resources. Similar to Cities Skylines 1 it could be the ultimate City / Colony builder if it wasnt limited by the age of its engine.

Its always all work and no play for El Presidente best tropico of them all for me personally
