ENCHAIN

It took a while to "get it", but when I did, I thoroughly enjoyed my time. The main appeal of this game, in my mind, is the area design and movement. At a certain point, you realize that most of the things you can see, you can get to without needing to grab extra items or pull a lever. This is extremely satisfying. After I beat the mountain boss, I went back to old areas and found there was a lot more to them than I had originally thought. My main complaint is that there's not much to get. The most common reward is a key shard or gun. Key shards are required to progress, so they're cool, but the guns don't have much to differentiate them. I really think there should be more charms or other items that might change how you play the game. I didn't run into any bugs, and the performance is good, except for some slight lagging when entering a new area. I would also ask the devs to make the mountain ascension section a bit easier, or add a shortcut. The wall running + dive sections were brutal, and as far as I can tell, there's no shortcuts or anything.

there is so much to do and it runs buttrey smooth. think hollow knight with ultrakill fighting with mario 3d world movement.

i love exploration games like this with good platforming and unlocking cool abilities, kinda reminded me of Pseudoregalia but first person

The game makes me smile. The grapple goes whoosh. buy the funny grapple game.

Definitely a little buggy in its current state, but the gameplay more than makes up for it.

The game is definetly unfinished and maybe proced too high for what it currently is. But with that said I think its potential is undeniable and you would be a fool to not check out the demo.
