Genuinely one en greatest masterpiece in this entire world. This game made me go through my fnaf phase like no other, sure it may have no correlation at all. anyone seen that neow chris chan video? pretty great if you ask me :}. Made me change my profile picture from my quirky XD face to a sonic picture, had to embrace that side of myself somehow :}/ anyways ok game
Un juegazo, lleno de secretos, un metroidvania con excelente diseño de niveles y un progreso fantástico.
It's a fun little title, but just know what you're getting into beforehand. It's a retro-inspired 2d action/adventure, very much in the style of Zelda 2. The game gives you VERY little guidance, leaving it up to the player to figure out what spells and items do, and where to go next. Taking notes is HIGHLY recommended. If that type of experience is something you enjoy, there's a lot of fun to be had with Elliot Quest. Something worth mentioning is that there are a few odd bugs here and there, along with a few missable/inaccessible magic upgrades. Minor spoilers below. Specifically, one magic upgrade is inaccessible due to the fairy statue bug. You need to use the statue to hold down a button, but the statue needs to cross a bunch spikes to reach said button. The spikes kill the statue for some reason, making the upgrade inaccessible. Another missable magic upgrade is in the cave with the ice wall that chases you. If you outrun the wall and then unlock the shortcut back to the entrance without collecting the upgrade, you become locked out of that upgrade due to the shortcut door sealing off the entrance. Neither of these are huge issues, as there are plenty of other magic upgrades to find, but it's something to keep in mind.
A very fun adventure game in the vein of Zelda 2, Elliot Quest has great music, an engaging story and fun characters to get to know over the course of your time in the world. Don't expect much in the way of hand holding or even basic hints... you will find items and have no clue what they do (the community is still not 100% sure what every items does, although they do have most of it figured out). Things you do in game have consequences, for better or for worse, and multiple endings will have you coming back to see how it all ends up. I only wish the soundtrack was for sale on Steam, since I would buy it in a heartbeat.
XP loss then dying is way too brutal. Ruined the entire game for me. Please make a easy mode for people who don't enjoy pain.
Muy buen juego pero algo difícil.
It is massive and filled with secrets.
Parece un juego hecho a cámara lenta. No destaca en nada. Totalmente prescindible.
This game is a dipping moldy blue tipping mess of a crater cookies bony thumbnail butt crackle nutt face
Lot of fun. One of the few metroidvanias I would replay.
