Does not work on Windows 10. Lame.

It is a meh old school hidden object game where each scene is a just a pure HOS or a minigame. The game is way too picky when it lets you interact with objects however. The main issue with it is that people have issues actually getting the game to run with modern versions of Windows and the game has never been fixed to address that. I got it working with Proton (7.0-3, older versions didn't work) on Linux but the game would still randomly throw out script errors from time to time (happened 3x in 3 hours of playtime). A simple restart of the game would fix those and I could continue with no problems, but it is not ideal. Unless the developers actually come back and fix the game not running/working correctly stay away.

Cannot recommend, broken game. Normally I put some time into the pros and cons for a game, but this simply doesn't run properly in Win10. The discussions page has a thread from 2014 about this issue. I got this in a bundle for almost nothing, but it defeats the purpose when it doesn't work out of the box. Shame on MumboJumbo for not fixing this issue and they now seem to have gone out of business, so this will likely never get fixed. Bottom line, broken game, should no longer be for sale.

Completely broken for Windows 10. No longer works. Wasted my money on an old classic I suppose? Will change my review if they fix it but by the looks of it, that won't be soon, if ever. EDIT: Finally decided to come back to this game and got it working. Due to having to install an exe from a mediafire(?) link, my review still stands.

Thumbs down! I couldn’t get this game to run under Windows 10. UPDATE I was able to get this game to work by using the unofficial patch, but I’m sticking with a thumbs down since the developers should have fixed the game themselves.

if this app is not suported windows 10 or above versions Steam should not allow it to sell, very bad that I purchased for my kids they eagerly started but ended unable to start application.

Well, you have to download a fan-distributed EXE file because the game's broken. That's not a good sign. That said, after settling in, I wasn't having a bad time. Once again, it's one screen to the next. There was a scene homaging Casablanca that made me groan initially, but the split-screen and character interactions make it really stand out. Yet another variation on the typical hidden object scene that I'd like to see more of in HOGs. Anyways, I was breezing along, thinking, this wasn't worth the special EXE, but it wasn't the worst. Also, I can't wait to see what this trombone is going to be used for. If I'm holding onto it for half the game then... ...oh. OHHHHH. I'm not supposed to have that trombone. AAAAAAND... the last level requires you to use all 12 of your item slots, but the trombone's still there. So that means... I'm softlocked. What a marvel. A doubly broken game that screws you before you can play it AND before you can beat it. Give Samantha Swift a hand! Wait, I'll do one better and give her two: 🖕🖕

The game of my childhood. It might be the nostalgia speaking, but I still had a very good time. Unfortunately the game is broken on Windows 10+11, you will have to download an external patch. You can find a link to the file you need to replace on the discussion page (my antivirus said its safe) Go ahead and enjoy this classic hidden object game that still has a lot of character

Had this in my library for ages and finally decided to try it out. Game doesn't work, do not buy. My playtime is only due to it leaving the process running in the background and I didn't realise I had to kill it manually. Waste of time.
