Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.43/day in the week to Aug 7 → 4.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

ECO is a tedious mess. Everything takes forever to do, multiplayer is pretty much mandatory to accomplish anything of note, and the build controls are garbage. At the very least a real warning that you have to play in multiplayer to have a chance would be nice. Newsflash: not everyone wants to play multiplayer. Minecraft is a far better experience overall.
Amazing game! Extremely immersive, i couldn't leave the PC, i allmost shat my pants

either not everything is being handled so people can't build on things and server will be dead soon, so nothing feels worth doing or, top efficient/friend-group players are already handling everything cheaper/faster, so nothing feels worth doing wish game/servers with mods gave everyone same housing and food points, everything feels grindy but housing and food feels extra annoying
If you cant get together 30+ people to be on consistently for 30 days, then this game is not for you. It is a very fun addicting game, but it also is a really good test of character. If one person ruins things, its ruined for everyone, and I mean the 30+ people you would hypothetically get on the server. 60 hours in the game, took my living soul out of my body for 5 days straight. Then ended due to drama. Side note: the fact that weather events are being added to the game and that they are going to damage all that you have built when it takes 30 hours to make a house will make the game unplayable. At the current moment, id probably play again with a better group, but otherwise I don't know if I want to touch the game with the added weather events the devs are planning.
A friend gifted me this Saturday. I almost forgot to eat yesterday.
Two of my 6 hours were spent feeling the game out. I met a nice person that showed me around, but loading into the world takes a long time, but thats not the problem here. someone was closing the game before they loaded in and just kept trying to join- rinse and repeat and thats not the problem either. The problem is that each time they tried to enter the server you cant really do anything for a long time. I spent 4 hours talking to a nice person who loves the game and was telling me about it. But I couldn't do anything except be shown around a town. Eco has been on my backlog for years and this multiplayer game has this common and terrible server issues that can stop you from playing all day.
You can only play this game multiplayer and if you want your own server you have to pay for the server on top of the game.
I used to find this game fun to tinker with but something major is going on with the Early Access right now: bloat. Previously I could run the server + client on my desktop, now, even with offloading the server to a different machine and turning every setting down as low as possible, the game cannot load a world. The computer demands have spiraled out of control. FPS has also been declining, but a CTD every time I load a world is more important than FPS. I understand this is a small team working on a fairly large game but at some point, the game degrades from beta to proof of concept suitable only for beefy development devices, and while my computer isn't a good benchmark for that, I don't doubt the game is close to that point.
T’as une vraie réflexion derrière chaque action. Note : 8/10 🌍🔥
