Probably the most enjoyable out of the Dungeon Warfare games I've played so far. The presentation is much better, the traps and icons look much better, some of the traps feel better right off the bat (like dart trap), having helpers like Wilson are good for catching stragglers if your defenses falter, and despite some saying the game is short I'm still having a blast and still have like 5 traps to unlock! I haven't even tried the rogue-lite mode yet either! Yeah the game's lower general rating might scare you away, but I implore you to give it a try if you can. You might end up liking this one, since the Dungeon Warfare seriers as a whole is like a dungeons itself. You may like getting stabbed down the first path, pulled into a lava pit down the second path, or poisoned to death down the third path. I just so happen to prefer getting poisioned to death!
Cool tower defense game.
Looking forward to Dungeon Warfare IV. Been a fan since the first one and the series continues to deliver what is, in my opinion, the best tower defense experience available today.
one of the best tower defense games
Very nice :3
It is an ok TD game, I feel like the 2nd one was a substaintially more enjoyable and replayable experience. I got to the end of this one and had no desire to ascend or keep playing, removing the rune system from 2 seems like a strange choice, instead of grinding for a cool and specialised build, I am just grinding for more starting money. Also the whole overworld map aspect though kinda important to the story added nothing to the experience.
