<Story>
Even in death, Kugayama Shiori takes her own life.
Maybe her next will finally be her last.
But no matter how many times she dies, her soul refuses to leave this world.
Maybe the answer lies in her lost memories.
Maybe there's a lingering attachment she's forgotten.
Other than her name, she remembers nothing.
Who was she?
Why did she die?
Together with you—the only living person who can still speak to her—
Shiori begins her search for her memories, and for the truth behind her death.

A beautiful, funny, and moving story – full of charming illustrations and characters with wonderful voice acting performances. Effective and efficient narration, although the pace of the story slowed down at times and there were repetitions (which were surely intended to emphasize specific aspects of the story). The multiple endings overwhelmed me a bit, but I assume that was simply an unexpected side effect on my end :) The true ending was... wonderful. Simple and somewhat predictable, and yet precisely because of that, it fit so wonderfully into the story. Cathartic and - in some incredibly tangible way - truly and simply human. I'm old enough to have a graying beard. While playing, I cried with sadness. I cried with happiness. Thank you so much for this exceptionally written and performed journey.
