Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.75/day in the week to Jul 21 → 4.8/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A great RPG with a world that genuinely feels alive and reactive to your actions. I especially loved the quests, which often have real consequences for characters, factions, and the world instead of feeling like simple checklist tasks. I also really enjoyed how important resources and decisions are. Not everything respawns endlessly: enemies you kill remain where they fell, many resources are limited, and this makes you think twice before selling, consuming, or wasting something. A fantastic surprise, especially if you enjoy RPGs where your choices actually matter.
.
I bought this game looking for what seemed to be a simple, short RPG. I was soon taken aback with the depth, story-line, dialogue, and combat system. Solid 8/10 for a small studio.
I haven't played Gothic, but people say that this is basically a 2D Gothic. The game is decent and I haven't experienced any bugs at all. Everything seems to work as expected, there are no systems that feel out of place or unnecessary. Quests and characters are fine, but nothing to really write home about (I knew that this is an indie game, so I had lower expectations and you should too). The plot is for the most part linear, which is again not ideal, but honestly a lot of the RPG games nowadays are like this, and this one is also an indie - so it's ok. If you compare the beginning and the end of the game, the overall feeling of power progression is great. At first you struggle to kill a rat, and by the end - you zoom around the map using the Misty Step and kill hordes of undeads with huge AOE spells :^) However, this character progression is kinda weird. Maybe that's just how Gothic was? Anyway, the thing is - you really need to do quests at first, and there's no point to explore the world for quite a while. In the open world there will be really tough fights, and there are usually no decent rewards for them. And even when there are rewards - you can't really use them because you don't have enough stats to equip them. Once you reach like level 10, however, you will be able to equip decent weapons, and thus the open world will start making some sense. Unlike other games that I've played, weapons have almost no scaling with your stats, so you really need the best gear available to progress. Magic feels like the only viable option and I have no idea how melee characters are supposed to win in that secret Vortex Mask fight. RPGs are usually easily broken by doing all the quests and creating min-maxed builds, that by the end nothing presents any challenge. This game, however, is different - feels like the hardest difficulty was specifically designed to provide a challenge for the most optimized builds. Felt a bit like dark souls, where I had to make several attempts to kill some especially tough enemies. The secret encounter after the Vortex Mask was especially tough. Good thing I googled that misty step allows you to get rid of rooted status effect. Without that knowledge the fight is nearly impossible. With it, however, it just took me a couple of tries and a few dozen of various potions :)
One of the best games i ever played. Do it again.
