Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 5 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Quasi-Monsters in real-time combat attacking on their own, quasi-RNG based collectathon. Honestly a fine enough game to get engrossed in (at least so far with my short play time, but I can't say I expect it to shake the formula up more than what I've seen so far), but I will admit my disappointment at the high number of recolors in the lineup as a fan of monster collectors, usually numbering four to five of a type of monster when pooled into one type leaves you with just 17 monsters in the lineup (or 18 with one, but it's weird), That said, the focus is more on the different treasures that act as callbacks to previous games and generally roaming around trying to hit the right RNG blind-pick numbers when the areas and treasures line up to match what you're missing. It does feel a bit aimless, partly because there's no set piece to get the treasures to fill out your list barring the main story bits, it's just roaming the area following your tracker to go to random spots to get treasure or slightly less good treasure until you're stocked up and leave, where it'll then refresh. Combat's also in that weird aimless territory, but also brainless, partly because there's not a lot you can do beyond just setting up party composition and maybe using items in the kinda clunky menus. Still stings a bit having treasures be monsters that aren't in the game, but, c'est la vie. I'd say get it on a sale unless you're a die hard Dragon Quest fan that claps when you know what the thing is. I dunno, number wise on score I'd give it a 6? I'm not sure out of what number, try reloading the page and refreshing the RNG to see if my score changes.

Classic Dragon Quest charm and humor in a unique package. Once you're past treasure level 4, the density of quest options available to you means that virtually anywhere you go in the world, there are multiple questlines you can work on. For a very long time, you're not lacking for something to do beyond the main quest or collecting treasure. Dispatch missions and daily quests keep this going into infinity, if not as dense as when you have all the other quests on offer. Plus, there are 4 levels of medals to collect to power up your characters and monsters. Plenty of exploration where you need to exploit your monsters' abilities to reach new areas, and some of the glide ability paths are challenging. Some of the final achievements are a grind, without a doubt, but you'll have plenty to keep you interested along the way.
Boring ass baby game

Great game, while im confused why every game that is good, has to remove features from some games of the same series that are more..."bad" such as NO OUTFIT OR COSMETIC CHANGES? WTF? that being said, this game has so much content its crazy ridiculous. Theirs also a daily quest feature, so even if you beat the game you can come back and still have something to do even if you theoretically 100% everything. That being said, its like DQ monsters, except...open world, and with treasure. Its a creature collector and pirate simulation all in one, basically. Out of all the DQ games this one is probably my favorite so far, with DQ monsters coming in second. ive played a few of the JRPG DQ games and while not bad, just werent for me. This spinoff in particular for some reason tends to get a lot of bad rep, yet pushes some of the most content for a DQ spinoff. I think the biggest factor or hate that DQ tends to get is that everything is repetitive, that being said, this game has base building and a treasure room that lets you display your favorite treasures you come across, and a lot of monsters to collect each with different abilities and skill sets / colors. Story is OK, not good, not bad, as usually for DQ games, but you will definitely want to buy it for the gameplay purpose rather then a top tier story experience.
