Dragon Age™: The Veilguard

Boring.

this game has so much potential and it makes me actually furious to see how the franchise was handled in this stupid game. I enjoyed the "woke" stuff that every single loser complains about, such as the racial inclusivity, the option to be transgender/non-binary and all the customisation. the combat system is refreshing, fun and a major upgrade. the game itself, not so much. the game disrespects all the previous history, lore and set-up the previous games helped build. it gives you a non-sensical main story, stupid motivation for the main enemies (we are so evil hur durr), therapy trained main cast and shallow character writing. nothing feels intentional, just cosmetic. i feel like the writers hate women because it would explain why they are so shallow and purposefully annoying. the companions are tropey, awfully handled and they feel boring after the first few hours. solas takes the stage yet f ucking again because bioware loooves his stupid bald ass. he does j ack s hit in this game, betrays you like three times in a way that is "supposed" to be "hurtful" and "shocking" but it ends up being cheap instead. i beat the main boss in like fifteen minutes... sure, it wasn't on high difficulty but i'm pretty sure the final fight took less than the ending cutscene(s). genuinely wasted potential of a game AND it was like fifty f ucking bucks on SALE. thank you for the character creator, bioware, i enjoyed it a lot. i hope this franchise never gets another game because you have genuinely defiled the core story and values of this beloved series.

Love it, the game is so pretty and the sound quality is so nice. I especially love the transgender representation and dialogue for our characters; and the character customization is so nice buI do wish there were more skin tone options though it felt very limited.

I get the hate behind the game. There is really an agenda in this game that loses some of that OG charm of Dragon Age. Taash has to be one of the worst characters ever written. With that being said the game is still great. I found the combat to be the best out of all the games. There is still a lot of enjoyable characters that I grew very fond of and didnt want to lose. Your choices matter, more so than any other game in the series. I picked the game up for 20 bucks and dont regret it. Seems to be a lot of hate by people who were just really into the first game and they hate every dragon age after it, so take it with a grain of salt. If you liked the others its a solid game.

I have hundreds of hours in this game on my Xbox, playing it on PC and having it so much closer and with so much more detail/quality is amazing. I absolutely adore this game, and I plan to put time into playing it on here too. Absolutely worth buying twice.

[h1]Очень скучно, прям очень[/h1] Считаю себя фанатом серии Dragon Age, лора, персонажей, самобытного мира, но эта игра - это просто ужасно! Из положительного можно выделить только графику и дизайн локаций, остальное просто мрак. От ужасно скучных персонажей, невыразительного и тусклого убежища, заканчивая геймплеем и сюжетом, и я даже не дошел до моментов с "повесточкой". Почему не дошел? Не цепляет. Наиграв 22 часа, осознаю, что мне не хватит терпения пройти это, а насильно заставлять себя что-то не хочется. Настолько блеклая и скучная игра, что даже обзор на неё писать скучно, фу. Не советую к покупке, не тратьте на это своё время и деньги.
