Egregiously disappointing. What a cool concept, let down by such abysmal gameplay and writing/
It's like an lovecraftian Papers Please, so as a neurodivergent person what's there not to like?
I really enjoyed playing this game. I loved all the different ailments people would come in for. I liked how you eventually get the hang of things and don't really need to reference your book anymore after a while. The art is creepy but good. I had a great time and I'm glad I played it. (However I do not appreciate the creepy thing that will stare at you from beyond your counter, that thing haunts my dreams) 8/10 for creepy fish people.
girl of course i missed anomalies im focused on curing my freaking patients .
I got this on sale so I can't really complain. It's a fun game to run through maybe 2 times. After that it just gets super boring. I still don't fully understand the Humor Wheel functionality, but I was able to run through the whole game piecing it together, so it's definitely doable without it. My biggest problem with it is having to go through the entire thing again just to choose different options. It takes much to long even when I know which medicine to give. I do think it's well made and I like the art. I wish it was creepier and had more anomalies to notice. If you don't mind how repetitive it is, it's a decent game. Definitely advise going crazy it has a fun effect :D
Good soup.

Fantastic Game of juggling mechanics and obviously incredible art! :] especially with the narrative update. I highly recommend
