I only have 6 hours on this game because I have already played unhealthy amounts of it on my phone it's so peak, and Zaggurath cooked so hard with the music.
Excellent game, would absolutely recommand ! About 700 hours in (and some more on the mobile version) and I still play it regularly without getting bored of it. Lots of combos, the strategy aspect is great, and all the gamemodes are interesting in their own ways
Played countless hours of this - absolutely love it. Tons or replayability, almost impossible achievements which are fun to try for - couldnt ask for more.
Criminally underrated roguelike, doesn't deserve to be as obscure as it is. Fun and unique gameplay and a flexible in-game supported modding via textmod. I love not only the game itself but the stuff people have made with it via textmod. And due to the flexible difficulty options you can play this game anywhere from hyper casually like me to nightmarishly difficult. And that's cool!
Solid mechanics, great replayability, and satisfying progression through level-ups and items, both of which are impactful. Overall a good game for a low price. If this genre is your thing, as it is mine, highly recommend.
this game will grip you up like a mentally disabled gorilla
15 hours in, easily one of the most fun, engaging "dice deck-builders" I've played. Will probably be one of the best games, period, I've played. Perfect art and interface, sounds are whompy and clangy and fzzzt'y (some of the effects sound like the dev Tann recorded himself making them?), soundtrack is EPIC ("Assassin's Dirge" by Ziggurath is legendary), mechanics are astounding and the item interactions and possibilities seem unlimited. It's Yahtzee with the warped advanced algebra and nested equations (if you want it) of wand-crafting in "Noita," with a fantasy theme and intrepid heroes and determined monsters. Terrific opportunities to get "Big numbers funny!" damage outputs and weird synergies. Equally big chances to get just one- or two-shot-whacked by some enemies when rolls go their way. Just like life, in a way, depending on your luck any given day and which way the camera is facing. If you're reading this, you shouldn't even wonder if $9 is worth this - yep. That's like 1.5 cups of fancy coffees these days. You'll get far, far more hours of joy from this than 1.5 cups of fancy coffee. And try a 4 housecat x 1 hero run once you've unlocked "Select Party" - MAYHEM! Cheers.
Outstanding!
A good combination of luck and strategy, and plenty of gameplay options to keep you entertained! Not to mention all of the mods, which I haven't even touched yet.
