Great game made by an awesome team! To be honest, I though this game was made by a large game studio. Its pretty impressive how a small indie company can create such a game. I went through the first few chapters and I had lots of fun so far. Will play again.
This game reminds me of the iconic classic, Legend of Zelda. I enjoyed playing that game and this one too! Great story, great graphics, and awesome gameplay features. All around, I give this game 5 stars!
I would really recommend this game. I love it. If you're adventure/zelda gamers, then this game is for you. USER INTERFACE (UI): The UI is awesome. They're easy to understand and provide all the necessary information. GAMEPLAY / PLAYABILITY: The gameplay is awesome. The progression is good, and there are so many varieties of items to choose from. The story line is fairly intriguing. The combat/battle is great, even though it's challenging, but who wants an easy battle??? It's perfect how it is. CONTROLS: Controls are great. All controls respond very quickly. The fact that it supports a game controller, it's a major bonus. GRAPHICS and SOUNDS: Graphics are AMAZING. I love the environment. It feels immersive. The sound/music is great. Awesome sound effects as well. PERFORMANCE: The game loaded and played flawlessly without any issue. CONCLUSION: I would really recommend this game to any gamer. SCORE: 8.5 out of 10
An action RPG with fluid mechanics and very good gameplay. Its combat system is very well designed, with focus, attack, defense and stamina well worked out to the point of giving you many strategy options. Its leveling is very natural, following a great rhythm without making the game boring. The graphics are beautiful and well-crafted, in a 3D reminiscent of classics. The soundtrack accompanies the story very well, which is very well written and elaborated. Its plot is very exciting, the characters are charismatic... In short, a game for those like me, who love a good RPG. I highly recommend!
Divinia Chronicles: Relics of Gan-Ti Review
This is one of those games that you just see on the steam page once and a while and wonder if it actually worth checking out, and I can say with 100% certainty it worth checking out. The game size is really small but has a lot of stuff to do actually and looks also great. The story is actually well written and kept me interested the whole time, there are also side quests to do that actually helps you in the long wrong, these side quests usually help you to upgrade your gear or just learn more about the characters. The game-play is also good although the combat system is a bit weird and the targeting system is also a bit weird how it looks like but I still had fun. I had a better time fighting my enemies without the targeting system because when using the targeting system you can't really change what enemy to target while using the system. The game also has new skills you can learn and magic which is awesome to use, their are also little collectibles around the map you can get which is a nice touch also. There are also parts in the game which you have to sort a puzzle which is also well made and is fun, there are also cave systems to explore that looks amazing. When it comes to the graphics and audio design it is actually very good, especially for the game being on a source engine, although some of the characters design when in a dialogue with them looks kind strange, I feel like the dev can make them look a bit more better, especially with their eyes it is massive. Overall I had a great experience playing this game and I think it defiantly worth checking out, but is it worth the price? Well if you really like Zelda type rouge-like games I would say then it worth it, it seems like the dev is also adding more content so yeah the 15$ is worth it then.
You can really feel the developers love for their role model games. It is like a tribute to the great games of the past with a nice new twist of its own.
A game that reminds you of classic sagas like the legend of zelda, but with touches of JRPG, it has several weak points as it does not have the budget of a giant studio, but it is interesting and for lovers of the genre and who are looking for a new adventure without having to resort to known sagas is quite good.
I’m too stupid to understand this game, pretty good though
Nice game, once you get going.
