Nice game, once you get going.
I rate this 5/10. I like the game only for the story and combat mechanics. It loses most points because of lack of frequent saving. I don't like that it only saves after completed chapters. What if you have to quit the game during mid chapter for various reasons? I also wish there was quick travel to my village.
I'm glad to see a bit of Biohazard's (Kristjan Skutta) helping the source games community, and combat coding elements in this game used from another source game 'Blade Symphony'. Aside from that, I love the feeling and environment in the level designs used in these source engine games
awesome!!! (pls add manual saving)
The game is absolutely a blast to play. It's a combination of old school RPG and JRPG games that creates a unique story-driven experience. The audio is great and the visuals are amazing. The story is well written and easy to follow. The characters don't feel one-dimensional, and there is good in-depth world building. The levels are designed for exploration rather than just a hack and slash souls-like experience, and the puzzles offer just the right challenge; not too hard nor too easy. The combat mechanics are simple enough to pick up and is great for anyone looking for something that is more story focused rather than an emphasis on combat.
The environment and ambient looks really good. It reminds me of 90's and early 2000s rpg games. If you want to play an inexpensive game with a zelda-feel I recommend this one. It's a very promising game.
https://youtu.be/3ZKWKVCuyjk Aggressively against progressing into actual gameplay, instead layers and layers of plot and worldbuilder are thrust onto the player for far too long.
I don't hate it... But it really wasn't fun. You can tell the developers love for Zelda and tried to implement aspects into the game. No fun puzzles, spells are mostly pointless, Combat tries but fails to copy the z targeting, etc.. I can understand the love and want to support an indie dev.. but it's honestly pretty bad.
Größter Müll den ich je spielen durfte ..... Steuerung ist fürchterlich und vom Rest will ich gar nicht reden .... Fixt die Steuerung und das Movement und ihr bekommt nen DAUMEN nach oben
