Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 3 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is a waste of time. Everything about it just drags on. The Story portion is super slow, characters constantly repeat themselves and contrdicts itself at every turn. While the battle system feels like they had a good ideas but no time to really make them work. Instead its slow, boring and devoid of all strategy. It took me 25 hours to finish the game and i started rushing through the later half. I only finished the game because I wanted to see at lest one of the endings. I have so many other things I want to say about this game, but if i did, it would be a video essay. Only get this game if its on deep discount and you are craving a digimon game that you havent already beaten. Even then, just watch someone else play it on YT.

Fun game and great story but so little Digimon in the game. Also, SAVE THE TRUE ENDING FOR THE LAST RUN. Get the other endings first then go for the true ending.
I didn't go through a visual novel in a very long time, and enjoyed the trip through Digimon Survive quite a lot. When you're familiar with Digimon stories in general, you can expect that this game goes a very similar path. A serious story with ups and downs, character development, and saying goodbye to characters sooner or later. Given it's a mix of VN and SRPG, something what goes into a direction like Final Fantasy Tactics plays, a rough ration between both genres felt like around 80% VN, and 20% SRPG. A lot to read, and some battles here and there which was a good mix between longer reading sessions and fighting through events. Your choices will affect the story and outcomes so one playthrough won't be enough to experience everything possible. The music suits events and the atmosphere very good, being enjoyable to listen to, and giving you an idea if something about to happen. Would've just enjoyed if there were some more tracks as while enjoyable, some repeat a bit too often. I didn't have to grind for levels or items really, doing some battles here and there when available, the difficulty being mostly pretty comfortable. A few battles were slightly tough but nothing of high difficulty at all. A few things were a bit questionable, and the westernized translation is one of those. Playing the third more modern Digimon game, I slowly get it that it's a common thing by now, but I'm not a fan of names getting "translated" into other names. And my rather tame anime Japanese often let me figure out that translations where either a bit off, or cut or extended over the dub. Only having 117 Digimon to get into your team is a bit on the low end of choices, but given the battles aren't the main focus, it's something only slightly bad. I came across two tech issues, one being that my controller didn't get recognized. Even with some mods available, my controller wasn't picked up so if that happens on your end, you should consider to use something like joy2key to still play with your controller. The other issue is that I was wondering what kind of achievements the game has when I didn't get any, and after beating the game, I still have zero achievements unlocked. Nothing what I take as bad but there's something wonky with those which happened the first time ever on my end. As someone who returned to Digimon after more than two decades again, I can easily recommend the game if you want a Digimon game with more depth and feel towards the story, not holding back to go into serious business mode and bad events happening. It was a nice change to the usual JRPG of Digimon for sure.
Feels survival like digimon adv origin,
The game is awesome, but y'all really ruined it with completely disabling my controller, which by the way works in literally every other game. And I have played over 200. Fix it because I liked the game until this happened.
