Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6.57/day in the week to Aug 24 → 10.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Before continuing with the review I'd like to start off with the fact that the game is nigh unplayable currently with the constant startup errors and crashes, and if by some miracle it manages to load, it must be set to a low resolution to run properly. Fix your fkn game Capcom </3 Anyways. Despite being painfully unfinished, I would say most other aspects of this game are great. The combat, albeit rough in some areas, is quite smooth and fun. However, the enemies were very clearly designed with Nero's play style in mind and therefor it was a bit difficult to get used to other characters. Nero himself was a great addition to the cast, his personality fits quite well and I really like his design(s). The same goes for all of the newly introduced characters, especially Credo which is why I think his death was a waste. To add onto my previous complaint about the enemies, some of them seemed to have been made intentionally tedious to fight to make the game a bit harder due to it being unfinished, with Mephistos and Fausts arguably being the worst enemies.. the Chimeras and Frosts also come close but they were at least manageable by using the devil bringer. The bosses were fine with the exception of Sanctus/The Saviour and Bael & Dagon. The final boss fight with Sanctus might be one of the worst in the franchise, up there with Arkham and the Infested Chopper. Agnus too was a bit ass at some points. Of course, the fights with Dante are the best in the game and kinda carry, and Echidna was also quite fun. Overall, none of the lesser enemies were particularly fun or notable, with the Scissors and Bianco Angelo's being the only exceptions for me. Not only were they fun but they also fit quite well into the theme that the game was going for, unlike the rest of the lesser enemies which were quite boring in terms of design and looked kinda out of place. Anyways, this leads me to one of my favourite aspects of the DMC games which is the designs and motifs. Much like its previous two titles, DMC4 incorporated the characteristic gothic/baroque aesthetics of the franchise, only in a more ''lighter'' version this time. I quite liked Fortuna City as a whole, it contrasted a lot with the environmental designs of the previous games with it being much brighter and ''holier'', yet still having the dark undertones. Likewise, the castle was also a beautifully designed area and had a great atmosphere. I didn't really like the forest area, it was a bit underwhelming compared to the levels leading up to it and was very easy to get lost in. Overall a very fun and visually pleasing game with great combat and good themes. Unfortunately, it was left unfinished due to being rushed which makes it tedious to replay, and was poorly ported with it's newer updates making the game nearly unplayable. It had huge potential so I'd love to see it fully completed with a remake one day, *wink wink* Capcom.. ;)
No sera el mejor DMC pero es muy disfrutable
a devil may cry 4 special edition
guzel
