I usually dont do real reviews but ive been anticipating this game for about 4 years and have very mixed feelings about it. I am a huge james ferraro fan and I kind of see what this game is trying to do, but in all honesty i did not have a lot of fun playing it. Its got an insane concept and a lot of atmosphere which perfectly allign with the things i like about ferraro. But my main problem is how unreliable this game is. Right now it is extremely buggy and unstable. I got softlocked 3 times and had to restart the game from the beggining. And the lack of a save feature is just baffling concidering the buggyness and the fact that the campaign is not too short. I had fun here and there but most of my time was spent thinking what was a bug and what was a feature and then getting softlocked and having to restart due to a bug. And also the gameplay is just a bit repetitive at least to where i got to. At least on a positive note the art, graphics and music are fantastic! Im definetly revisiting it after some time when it gets more updated but for now i am a bit dissapointed. EDIT: i just realized saves werent working earlier so i can check off that but the rest is still true
this is definitely a survival shooter and not your regular FPS, the intentionally limited mouse controls force you into a different style of play. I can see this immediately turning away a ton of people unfortunately. if you want to experience a struggle though this delivers
