Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut

An amazing game, just the right amount of quirky horror, especially starting out. My playtime doesn't reflect actual playtime, I played this three times over outside of Steam.

This port had the potential to bring Deadly Premonition into the current generation, it failed. Constant crashes and the need for installation of mods hold back this game from being the port it couldve been. The devs seem to be more apt to promoting lgbt during pride month then making a playable port.

THAT IS HOW IT ENDS WTF?! I cried my eyes out!!! HOW IS THIS SO CRUDDY BUT ALSO A MASTERPIECE!?!?!?!?

Es wäre wunderbar wenn es gut laufen würde XD Aber ansonsten ist es perfekt in so vielen Wegen und extrem bizarr,ich kann es eigentlich nur jedem empfehlen der sich nicht vom Alter des Spiels abschrecken lässt. Wir bräuchten jetzt nur einen guten zweiten Teil....

Nearly unplayable... especially with controller. First off, the settings (that you supposedly can change AND save) do revert at random. No controller support. You'll need a mod for this and change controller settings template (until that part, left is up, right is down, up is right and down is left). Sometimes, the game will decide to not respond at all to controls. I have had issues that forced me to close the game, restart and hope for the best before i could even finish the prologue ! Who knows after that... I would not be surprised to read that the game is broken enough to prevent from finishing it. Add to that that launching from steam or the game's launcher crashes the game on start 100% of time i tried. Launching it from the game's exe (not the shortcut though) lowers it to roughly 60% of the time. 0.25/10 (this port) 7/10 (PS3 version) DO NOT BUY.
