Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut

Deadly Premonition is one of the most fantastic, mindblowing, and mesmerizing games in the entire world. It's like a carcrash, you really just can't look away from this disaster. Unfortunately, the version on steam is the absolute worst port ever made. The original version of the game was a buggy mess but it was charming. This version is literally unplayable. You crash constantly for doing anything and everything. The game "forces" you to download DPfix but that is just putting a band-aid on a decapitation. It barely works and the fix can't stop the pure assault of every glitch and bug this game has. I've put 9.5 hours into the game and I can't take anymore. Out of those almost 10 hours, 3-4 of it has been loading screen and crashes. The hospital is a high crash zone and took me 2 hours and another save just to get past it due to the crashes. It's embarrassing. I hate it Everything about this port needs to be studied in exactly how not to do this. The fact that this is still available on steam is a slap in the face and the fact that it has been a decade and we still don't have any "good" way to play this game pisses me off to no end. The game has soul and is charming but unfortunately the PC version is just broken. It does not work. Despite trying all the fixes, patches and mods, you will most likely still experience crashing and game breaking bugs. Get the PS3 version of the game and enjoy it. Do not touch the PC version

Barely playable for half the game, game breaking crashes a plenty, still, somehow it makes it all better. The gameplay, driving, shooting is incredibly bad, but somehow that also adds to it. All these mediocre to bad things just go together perfectly, making this a bloody good game. Zach? Dare I say its a masterpiece? ...Yeah you're right Zach, that might be taking it a bit too far... Although... Maybe?....

York is peek. Game is mostly good, but doesn't work at times. 8/10 for the ultimate ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

el juego me estaba enganchandome bastantes pero se me hace imposible que cada 2 x 3 el juego se crasheee en momentos clave y peor que ni la propia comunidad puede solucionarlo. este es un claro ejemplo de un juego que necesita urgentemente un remaster corrigiendo los problemas que presenta la version de pc. por suerte existe la version de consola

Я знал, что тут игра, так сказать, с приколом, но она даже после часовых танцев с бубном не хочет запускаться на win11. Снимайте с продажи тогда уж.
