uninsipired - sad. I know Blue Tea Games can do better, much, much better!
This is Dark Parables #2, which is very loosely based on the Frog Prince with a mix of many other fairy tale elements. Once again we get hidden-fragment scenes rather than hidden-object scenes. And once again they are not very satisfying. I found it annoying that sometimes the color of the fragment didn't match that of the cue. However, other aspects of the game are improved enough that I can recommend it this time around. The game map is more expansive and more varied and the story and characters are pushed more into the background. This allows the adventure to breathe. The result is a fairly challenging point-and-click adventure taking place in a large, gorgeous drawn area. I found it quite engaging.

i played this long ago and i still enjoyed it
This game is definitely an improvement over the first game, i like the story in this game more than in the previous one. Though it was slightly boring that most of the minigames had been very similar, yet it's a fun game.
Art is really nice in this one! The puzzles were not that complex, repetitive, but I enjoyed the atmosphere of the game overall. The first HOG I've ever played back on the big fish app so I've got a soft spot for it.

It's very straightforward for the most part, although you may have some difficulty if you're a total idiot like me. The graphics are decent, and the story is very intriguing for me personally. I love how it ties many different fairytales together, but I've wanted these games for years so I may have some bias. Either way, I recommend this.
A step up from "Cure of Briar Rose" with better HO scenes. In the previous game, they blended too well into the background and made finding all the items extremely hard and frustrating for me. While, Exiled Prince doesn't exactly correct that, it does however make the items stand out more. Puzzles aren't that great, but the HO are really what the game is about. I did enjoy the plot, and it is really the game that sets the tone for the rest of the series. I did like how it improved over the last one. Probably my favorite out of the old Dark Parables games.
It was pretty and better than the first, but still had issues. There was lots of backwards and forwarding. The hint button didn't work outside of puzzles. I needed to use the strategy guide a lot (was grateful to have it but a hint button would have been better). Might be worth getting if you want to play the whole series. But I think it costs a bit too much considering the quality
I would recommend this game to anyone. 4.5 stars.
its a great game to play
