It's very straightforward for the most part, although you may have some difficulty if you're a total idiot like me. The graphics are decent, and the story is very intriguing for me personally. I love how it ties many different fairytales together, but I've wanted these games for years so I may have some bias. Either way, I recommend this.

It's a harmless HOG, with colourful backgrounds, a semi-interesting plot, and a DIRE need for both better puzzle variety (every HOG puzzle is a "find the pieces of the larger object to make it whole" puzzle rather than a "find a rose, crescent moon, flute, and a chevy nova" style of puzzle.....EVERY single one....) and a map function (there is a map, but you can't use it to fast travel, and as you might imagine, this results in a HEINOUS amount of backtracking, like, a RIDICULOUS amount). Unlike the vast majority of Big Fish Games HOGs available on Steam, this one actually makes use of some Steam features (no achievements, mind you, but hey, there's trading cards.... ......). Look, it doesn't break any new ground, but it won't make you cringe too often, and the artwork is generally nice enough to make playing it enjoyable, so while it's not great or anything, it is at least decent. Recommended, but only on a deep sale.

A very nice sequel. A bit more polished and more cutscenes. Overall a really nice game with a nice story. The price though is pretty meh. I would buy it on a big sale. I can still really recommend it

This game improves upon its predecessor a little bit, but the next game is where I would say it gets good.

I loved the game. The graphics, the music, and the story are all phenomenal. This game entry into the series also includes one of the series' better bonus games that gives us some more lore on Dark Parables 3: Rise of the Snow Queen(one of my favourites). It's a wonderful game, I would recommend it. I've played it four times now already.

Love these games. So glad that I bought the whole collection.
